List of Christie L. Morse's Reviews
Dr. Morse was rude and has poor bedside manner. Didn’t even say hi or bye. Interesting she works with kids.
The only “pediatric” thing about this place is the pictures painted on the walls in the exam rooms. Entire staff is rude, but can’t blame them because I’m sure they pick it up from Dr. Morse. Not even a hi or bye to my 2 year old son who is obviously terrified of this woman forcing his eyes open without even acknowledging him. Horrible customer service which is pretty disturbing for a place working with children. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
I toke my 1 year old here due to a lazy eye, and though I didn’t want to question the doctors skills she had a diagnosis in less then 5 minutes after dilating her eyes, She said my daughter had severe miopía and prescribed glasses to her. When we pick up the glasses we noticed that my daughter wouldn’t wear the glasses and would cry when we put on the glasses. We stop trying because in our hearts we knew our did not need those strong glasses. We ended up going to get a second opinion. Where they did not dilated her eyes and treat my daughter with calm and care. They told their time getting her evaluated and said those glasses are extremely strong for her. Her instead gave us techniques and suggested to add an eye patch to strengthen the eye, which has helped a lot. Imagine if I would have never gotten a second opinion, my poor daughter would have had headaches and mess up her eye sight by the time she would be able to speak. Don’t recommend This place. Also I forgot to mention the store side ended up getting a different color glasses for my daughter since they did not have it in stock - without asking me first for another color option. Go elsewhere parents. Don’t get fooled because it’s “a hospital” or this and that. Look at the reviews, rude staff, do things quick like they don’t care and know it all plus provide wrong prescriptions. This could be a lawsuit in my opinion for negligence but I’m set.
Like the reviews posted below, they make no exceptions or accommodations for infant siblings or any sibling to come along. My 3yr old needs to be seen and they won’t see her if my breastfed 3 month old is with me, even if I wear him. We’ll be taking my 3yr olds care elsewhere. I’m not sure what they expect parents to do in situations like these when spouses/or other means of care are unavailable.
I DO NOT recommend, if you have more than 1 child do not bring them along! Or honestly in general to this place. My youngest daughter had a appointment with this dr early this morning, my husband brought our other daughter along so they would make it on time and then drop them off at school together right after. Well let me tell you they would not let my husband bring our other daughter in with him! Due to this doctors “policies” (that we did not know of since this appointment has been scheduled for months in advanced)she wanted my elementary school child to wait in the lobby BY HERSELF, not even the waiting room for this office that’s on a completely different floor! My husband walked right out with our girls and we will be switching immediately! This was disgusting and I am appalled by this entire situation 😡 SHAME ON YOU
Awful first experience! Her policy is a joke, she rather put a under age child in danger by trying to have her wait in a lobby by herself since she wasn’t allowed in with my other daughter (they are elementary school age by the way) and by lobby I mean my daughter couldn’t even go into the waiting room area. The lobby isn’t even on the same floor or even the same side of the building as this drs office!
One of the worst medical experiences of my life today. The front desk staff was rude and condescending. I waited 4 months to have my 2 year old seen for a lazy eye. We arrived at the office, went to check in, and then were told the doctor couldn't see my 2 year because I had my 1 year old with me. I asked staff if they would make an exception since I drove an hour ONE WAY. They called security on me for challenging an arbitrary and ridiculous policy. They told me the doctor made the policy so I asked to speak with the doctor. They said they asked (which they didn't they had called security instead) and "they don't make exceptions because then everybody would get an exception". I am furious. I wasted my entire day getting ready for this appointment and driving an hour one way only to get told "the doctor won't see your child because you have two children". Mind you my 1 year old was fully contained in a backpack carrier and being exceptionally calm and quiet. Staff even bragged about turning other desperate parents away. I will never go back and hope this is an adequate warning to anyone considering this practice. Avoid it at all costs if you don't want to be discriminated against for having more than one child!
I am Covid conscious. Limit my exposure to others, always wear a mask, always follow the rules. But there is Covid-conscious and there is arbitrary, rude, and frankly cruel. I just watched your receptionist make a four-week postpartum woman cry for no defendable reason. After waiting over three months for an appointment for her 23 month old, she showed up twenty minutes early. After completing registration, the receptionist noticed that she had a FOUR-WEEK OLD with her. She coldly stated, "They aren't going to let you go back." What? "You're going to have to reschedule." The reason given was that only one person can accompany patients. Sure, fine. Relatively reasonable. But this is a four-week old babe in arms. What do you expect this woman to do? Do TWO parents now need to be available any time a child with a sibling has a doctor's appointment? She offered to wear her four-week old, in a wrap, fully covered, and the receptionist wouldn't even consider it. I offered to watch the child, since our appointments were at different times. Also a no go. The receptionist showed no interest in supporting the mother, helping to problem solve, or even standing by the policy compassionately. When, in tears, the woman finally said she would see if her stepfather could come watch her baby in the parking lot for the appointment, the receptionist was still as punitive as possible, taking the paperwork back and saying she couldn't officially check her in until she came back up, sans baby. There is nothing justifiable about this. That four-week old, especially worn and covered, was a risk to no one. This was about standing by an arbitrary policy, and doing it in a way that showed no respect or compassion for a young mother, four-weeks postpartum, trying to take care of her children. Once I got in for my daughters appointment, I will say that the doctor herself was good with my daughter as were the staff assisting her. I'm confident in their medical skill. Here too though, I was treated as if I was being unreasonable when I asked for an explanation of why she needed to have her eyes dilated. If you don't have time to answer a parent's questions about a treatment plan, you don't have time to treat my child.
My friend went to an apt and her 3 year old wouldn’t keep a mask on. She is 3!! Dr. morse refused to even enter the room. What a covid clown. Don’t waste your time. Who wants to see a fascist dr anyways.
Absolutely wonderful staff from the doctors down to the front office. Timely, friendly and always professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
