I have used Convenient MD for my children's medical needs with stitches and other illnesses that have needed to be treated but I have never used them for myself until recently. The check in staff is friendly and the process is quick and streamlined even for a first visit. The nurse practitioner I saw was friendly and thorough and was able to diagnose what was wrong quickly and figure out what meds I need even working around allergies I have to certain antibiotics. My visit was just under an hour which enabled me to get my medication quickly and start on the road to feeling better. As I was leaving several staff members told me they hoped I felt better soon. I would definitely recommend Convenient MD for peoples urgent care needs.

The doors opened promptly at 8 o’clock. I was the second person in line and got quickly through the registration process. From there I was taken out back. Where as very friendly and professional young lady, took my vitals, and swabbed my throat for strep. Next entered a very nice woman who is also very professional and personable. Those two individuals were some of the best I’ve ever had with any medical professionals. Great job and THANK YOU!!

I made my appointment online, super easy. Within ten minutes of arrival I was being seen. They answered all my questions and concerns. With no, you shouldn't be doing this or that. If you provided PA's, I'd be there!

I came in on appointment for a simple suture removal. I was informed that unless I received the sutures at their facility, it would not be covered by my full coverage in-network insurance, rather charged as an out of pocket charge. Most absurd policy I've ever heard of!
