David A. Weinberg's Online Review Report Card

If you are looking for an excellent ophthalmologist, I strongly suggest Dr. Weinberg. As a recent patient of his, I found him to be intelligent, conscientious and compassionate. Also, his confidence in his suggestions and decisions for my situation cared forward to me. On every visit his respectfulness and empathy resonated with me. I highly recommend Dr. Weinberg.

This was my first time at Concord eye and it was a very good experience. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly as well as professional. I felt Dr Weinberg gave me a good exam and then took plenty of time to explain everything and give me options. I chose to wait and not have the surgery at this time but I will definitely go back to him when I am ready.

Dr. Weinberg is an excellent physician and surgeon. His great reputation is well deserved. I would recommend him without reservation.

Extremely disappointed with my blepharoplasty— I see no improvement in the aesthetics of my eyelids or peripheral vision of either eye and one eyelid is grossly disfigured. My right eyebrow is now drooping as well from jamming of the local anesthetic needle under my eyebrow when conscious sedation ran out and I started becoming aware of my surroundings and panicking. And a few days after the surgery both eyes became infected. Dr. Weinberg agreed to fix the disfigured eye but I’m too frightened to undergo another procedure with him. And to have to go through the trauma and pain again and the long healing process is just too much to go through for a second time right now. I consulted another surgeon to do the repair. I will have to pay him $3500 because my insurance paid Dr. Weinberg for the botched surgery and I still also owe Concord Eye Surgery $1700 as well; for what I don’t know. I wasn’t kept comfortable at all during the procedure. I feel very used and abused by Dr. Weinberg and extremely disappointed .

You would expect any honest person who acts as an arbitrator to rule judgments towards the parties based on fairness, neutrality, ethics and the law. David A Weinberg's final judgment on a dispute between myself and a previous employer demonstrates that he upheld absolutely none of these virtues. Selective on who he believed, ignorant of both local and state law, and ignoring evidence that blatantly contradicted the winning party's testimony are just a few of the tricks he thought he could get away with but as far as I'm concerned, he's not fooling anyone.I'm here to tell you that he instead walked into that arbitration room with the intention on giving the company a sweeping victory without any regards to the merits of my case. Why is this? Because it was his "turn" to give the company that, and unethical arbitrators who want to stay busy may try and appear to be falsely neutral by flip-flopping as such: the first arbitration David A Weinberg rendered went to the company, second to the union, and the third time, which was coincidentally mine, fell into the company's hands, but given the circumstances this is in no way was any coincidence. In other words, the judgment he rendered in my case was nothing other than a ploy for him to increase his odds of getting picked again and nothing to do with the virtues listed above. And if you think about it, it makes sense; would you be willing to pick someone to legally resolve a dispute who has given the opposing side a favorable ruling the last 4 or 5 consecutive times? You may not, regardless of the merits of each individual case or your own. Some could say that the arbitration process itself is flawed because of this, but it in no way alleviates David A Weinberg of his ethical and moral duties towards justice. As far as I'm concerned, the man is a dishonest, white-collar criminal and cannot be trusted because of the charade he pulled on me and may do the exact same to you. The resulting exorbitant fees he charges is what I'm left believing is his true motive: he got away with charging the union upwards of $9,000 for nothing more than a day's worth of work, the end result of which is simply a final judgment that designates this person as a way for parties to illicitly push the odds of winning arbitration disputes in their favor while acting as evidence to render him nothing more than a future convicted felon awaiting trial.Buyer beware.

Dr Weinberg is very pleasant and a good doctor. During each of our multiple visits, we waited anywhere from 40 to 75 minutes past our scheduled time. I absolutely understand how medical priorities occur but everyone in the crowded waiting room expressed the same repeated frustration. I find this disrespectful to patients. I’m sure there are other great eye doctors out there.
