Dr. Foley is top notch. Excellent surgeon. Excellent in communication. Seems really caring about his patients. He operated on my retina and restored sight on my left eye. I can't say enough good things about the care I have received at the Concord Eye Center.

Dr. Foley expressed concern during an examination that Margaret was very likely suffering from high blood pressure. He was absolutely right, and she has since received treatment for this condition. A life saver!

I've been seeing Dr Foley since December 2020 for BRVO. He has been excellent, explains everything so well that you understand the process. He also talks you through every step he is doing, what you may feel, what the after care is and will feel like and for how long. He is very good at answering questions, and welcomes you to ask questions. The staff are equally as friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming... Including the registration and his scheduler. Confident with him sticking a needle in my eye... No surprises. I highly recommend the entire Concord Eye Center.

I did not gave a good experience with this Dr, he was very rude and after telling me I had AMD and cataracts, he said he could not help me and to go back to where I came from and find a cataract dr. He basically told me that my AMD was caused by age and the fact that I use to smoke. Horrible doctor

Waited an hour to be seen. Technician indicated my paper work was misplaced but that it is not uncommon to wait two to thee hours for a specialist visit. Although I like Doctor Foley i will be looking for another specialist

Dr. Foley is very pleasant, spends time answering questions, and explaining the details of your eye problem in depth so you clearly understand. He is incredibly precise, thorough and very patient. He is the 2nd retina specialist I've seen and I'm extremely impressed by his knowledge, dedication and ability to help you feel less anxious about whatever your situation may be, as well as clearly outlining a treatment plan. I know of several patients with very serious eye problems whom he has treated, and he has been able to restore their vision. I am very thankful for Dr. Foley and his high level of skill. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Foley, especially if you have a retina problem.
