Dr. He did a very good job explaining the carpal tunnel diagnosis as well as the 3 ways it is treated with splints, steroid injections and surgery. The surgery option was explain in detail and I did not feel rushed at all in my appointment.

She was very kind, understanding. she did a great job explaining, to my 11 yr old, the process and reason why she was doing what she was doing. She was calm and helped keep my son's anxiety down. She addressed him and made him feel included in his care. She had looked at his records before coming into room, which helped reduce the amount of time in office. Thank you. Definitely a doctor I recommend.

I want to thank Concord orthopedics as a whole for taking such good care of me during my surgeries. My last visit to get my stitches extracted. The male nurse was not gentle nor kind with getting my stitches out to the point where I bled in two different places. I wasn't even offered a Band-Aid. I know that is not the norm. I've had stitches out in the same area before. I barely felt the stitches coming out. Imo this male nurse was extremely unprofessional. I first would like to say the following comments are nothing personal against Dr. He. But during my last visit Dr. He brought in a female nurse to do her consultation with me. I found that very unnecessary and very distracting. The female nurse served no purpose being in the room. I was unfamiliar with this particular female nurse, so I felt uncomfortable discussing things with Dr. He as I normally would if it were just the two of us. I understand this particular consultation was not of a sensitive nature, but nonetheless the female nurse served no purpose there other than to nod her head and only did so when I looked at her. My assertion is the female nurses talents could've been used elsewhere. I truly believe Dr. He meant no harm. She's always been extremely professional with me. But my rights were violated when I was not asked for my consent for the female nurse to be in the room. From my personal experience with Concord orthopedics they automatically think it's okay to bring additional individuals into a consultation room without the patient's consent simply based on the fact that individual works at Concord orthopedics. But that's wrong imo. Perhaps other patients are okay with not being asked for their consent, but I am not. Lastly, I'm extremely satisfied with Dr He's surgeries she conducted on me. I would recommend her as a surgeon to family and friends. Thank you.
