Waited 2 hours. Wasn't told my diagnosis by the Dr. Her assistant mentioned it after handing me a pamphlet. Prescribed medication that was Never called in. Check out not any better. Said outstanding balance, I had just received the bill and put it in the mail.

Dr.Tom met us in the office in a snow storm on Saturday. My husband developed a problem after eye surgery in Boston last week. Dr. Tom consulted with the doctor in Boston. She was professional, friendly, and, most of all, very thorough. Excellent care.

Very professional. Dr. Tom performed two surgical procedures on my right eye which resulted in both improved eyesight (cateract) as well as reduced eye pressure (glaucoma). I was extremely apprehensive beforehand as I have no vision in the left eye, a result of a retinal occlusion many years ago. Dr. Tom assured me that the outcome would improve my quality of life. She was right! Much appreciation for her fine work!

First time meeting Dr. Tom. It was a great experience. She is very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. She came up with a new way to deal with my eye problem.

Dr Tom was very professional and at the same time seems kind. Although she is in a new practice she seemed assured and paid attention to details on my chart and my requests.

I had a blepharoplasty by Dr. Weinberg and till have bumps on my eyelids. The suture line was a problem from the beginning,Worst of all, I paid out of pocket! I am contacting a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to see if it can be corrected. I still can't wear eyeshadow and it's been 2 years!! The brown scarring is unsightly and the area between the lids and eyebrows seems as full as it was before the surgery.....

Upper lid blephoplasty-one side is up and one down-a ball in the left eye corner causing a line in my vision. He will not take ownership of his workmanship and even tell me if my vision issue will go away. The suture line is lumpy, lids still darker, and it has been 4 months since the surgery. Sloppy job and unconcerned Dr. Doesn't talk to you at appointments. Just rattles of things to assistant without explaining to patient what he's talking about. He comes across as aloof and avoided discussing the results/flaws. Not Admit it was not even/matched, and Lumpy!

I just had eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Weinberg. I could not have been happier with the results. He did an excellent job. You can hardly tell I had any surgery at all and I am sure that in time the little tiny line from the incisions will be gone all together. He was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Weinberg.
