Stuart Glassman's Online Review Report Card

Im not sure how to rate this individual. He was a requested physician by Liberty mutual for an IME and permanency examination. After treating with Neuro specialists for over a year I walk into this mans office with some Hesitation. I'm not the best patient so bear this in mind as you read. Arthur Glassman is a tool. I mean that in a couple different ways. The good and bad. As a physician his goal should be to help a patient whether his or another Drs. The physical examination was a joke. Describing as he was doing things was contrary to the actually procedure he did. Compressing a persons spine means actually compressing someone. The 2 fingers he placed on my head made me feel as though my "soft spot" had never fully hardened. The poking of my lower extremities up and down my leg was more intense. I don't know what he was testing for but I felt as though I was a guinea pig getting prodded. The cold and callous almost like a machine way he spoke to me left me concerned. He was not there to confirm another physicians diagnosis. He was not there to prove he could help me. Yet he was there to discredit 3 other physicians reports and findings. All of them are Neuro specialists/physiatrists in other offices. Their findings were apparently unfounded by several x-rays or MRI's nerve conduction studies and several years of successful practices. It's concerns me more how a few different Doctors can concur and yet Stuart Glassman finds none of their reports credible. In my opinion this person is a narcissist and solely out for monetary gain. He is not a "friend of man" or conscious of the reports disgracing his "peers findings" as a credible complaint. He does not keep to his code of ethics of helping a patient, his own or another physicians. He should be discredited and lose all rights to practice medicine in any form human or animal.

Refuses to answer any of your questions. If ever there was a robot that works for insurance companies, it would be him. If you are ever assigned him for anything, do yourself a favor and try to get someone else.

I had a much different experience. I found Dr Glassman to be very pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He wasn't chatty but that didn't bother me at all.

He is, bar none, the worst medical professional I have ever encountered. No eye contact, doesn't want to hear about your issues (just reads the questionnaire), doesn't want to answer questions, and makes no eye contact. His only function seems to be to send you on referrals and give you things to read instead of explaining them. Doesn't he understand how hard this is for people with head injuries? I can barely keep my job because I can't concentrate. Heck, I could see my PCP for that and not be made to wait huge amounts of time, cut off, and de-humanized. When someone is having cognitive, vision, and emotional issues because of head injuries, they should find someone else. I don't want a psychiatrist but I do want a medical professional who is also a human being. Find someone else, please.

Dr Stuart Glassman is a fraud he is not an Orthopedic as he confessed to me when SSI sent me in for a reval exam he confessed he has never done reval exam it's not part of his professional experience if he did not say this to SSI he withheld info from a government agency....he then confessed I dont know ur medical disability past or current ...as we start to I fo he stopped me dead in my tracks and said no no i don't need to know it's not important it was supposed to be an hour exam he ask 5 question and would only let me give him very very very short answers...in his exam he never had me REMOVE my double inlined winter boots of my the sweat shirts and winter coat his office in 8×8 maybe 10x10 feet the furniture took up most of the space to go a proper exam....he push and pull my plams &pushed and pull my knees once that was the only time he make contact with my body the rest of the very very very short exam he sat at his desk and his eyes never left his paper as he told me do three more thing bend down lay on lay on table lift each leg once and take the only 4 step available to take in his office once in one direction and then dismissed me rudely.....its was supposed to be a hour exam with question and wht he called a exam last 7 to 10 minutes.....lada days received a three sentence report of lies so twist it would make ur gead spin fast than linda blair... basically say this person is fine....that's funny...I have been hard to under complex case of Psychological, Mental, and Almost Complete Physical Disabled since I was 5 ........I have had nerve and muscle deterioration and walking limitations and complex mental and psychological disorder with the high rate of suicide attempts cause of he disgraceful exam and lies he has now cause my mental status to its breaking point he has caused me 3 suicide attempts I am now on 24 hour supervision....I will be seeking a malpractice law suit

Zero bedside manner. Abrupt and arrogant. Excessive fees and barely spends any time with you. He will constantly refer you to his other service practices, Concord Ortho Rehab or his concussion program in order to make more money off of you. He doesn’t listen well and no sense of humor. Won’t be back.

I arrived at his office in Concrod with a family member. My family member has had several surgeries to include neck and back knees and hands. This was a disability review visit. My family member came well prepared will all prior medical records spanning several years. Dr Glassman was rude, no direct eye contact, never engaged in conversation with the individual. He argued when he clearly asked a question and received an answer which appeared not to his satisfaction. To end the entire interaction he followed us out of the office because apparently he didnt believe that my nephew did not drive himself to the appointment. A professional who followed a patient out by sneaking around a WB Mason truck to watch to make sure he was being driven. So his lack of trust of the patient population is disgusting. He needs to address people by direct eye contact, he needs to trust that some people there in his office are needing his services to determine a life altering option of continued disability or not and he needs to be honest and not sneaky in his tactics to gather information. I am a professional in this community and based on this one interaction I would not recommend this person to care for my family member or members.

Saw Dr. Glassman twice. First time was initial consult. He spent no more than 10 minutes with me, asked Qs, tested leg strength/mobility, and sent me for X-rays and PT. Did not answer my questions about how he could treat me, help with my issues. Second visit after PT and X-rays. Same quick leg tests, he handed me the radiologist's report with one word highlighted (arthritis), no explanation or details beyond that, and told me to see a pain clinic or orthopedic - he did nothing for me.

This morning I had an appt with Dr.glassman...My GPS brought me to the wrong address. I called the office to let them know I would be a few min late and I apologized for having to be late... I walked into the office the receptionist asked me my name and when I told her she shook her head no...I asked what that meant...She said that he won't see me if I'm late...At this time I was only 10 min late....She actually told me that when I called and said I was gonna be late that she should have told me

I was sent here by....Surprise!!!! A workers comp company, Acadia to be exact. My spinal facet joints puked out spinal fluid from lifting heavy stuff. So basically, I can't do anything to cause discomfort...including shaving my own legs because I can't bend down there. So this idiot spends 5 minutes with me, and decides that I can go back to lifting 100 pound junk. My ACTUAL doctor said absolutely not. My physical therapist have me lifting FOUR whopping pounds, but this Glassman character knows better than everyone. So this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to go back to work. I'm going to lift something that he approved. My spine is going to slip off of my sacrum and I will be permanently disabled or paralyzed. Then I'm going to send my employer, Acadia insurance, and Dr. Glassman a slew of legal junk that they will not be able to dig themselves out of because I have Glassmans report, and all of these reviews everyone wrote. I am going to the board of medicine now WITH an attorney and I hope you all do the same. This pattern needs to end. This is completely insane. He is purposely putting people in danger by not doing HIS JOB. That is reckless. Dr. Glassman, you are NOT a doctor. You are a FRAUD. And I am calling you out.
