I had an appointment for transfer of care as my primary Doctor retired. I had booked the appt, 3 months prior as there was no availability. The day OF the appointment, it was cancelled as she wasn't taking any new patients. Completely unacceptable, she is in the same practice as my doctor and I have seen her before he retired. I sent a not to CPMC on July 5th and they responded on August 5th. Again, this is completely unprofessional. if she really wasn't taking any "new" patients (which i really wasn't if she bothered to look or care), i should have been advised well before the day of the actual appointment.

After a consultation with Dr Tang, I was very pleased with her attention. She allowed all the time needed for me to explain health issues and provided steps forward for relief. She ordered further testing and a follow up appointment for complete diagnosis of numerous concerns. I am very reassured that Dr Tang will provide the proper help needed for my concerns.
