Rich Laracy's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Laracy has been my girls pediatrician since I moved up here 15 years ago. I’ve also worked with him as his nurse for most of those years. In response to the horrible review of him that was posted in my experience Dr. Laracy is always appropriate with patients. In order to do a physical it is usually necessary for patients to undress and wear an exam gown. Patients are always accompanied by a parent or at times a nurse will be used as a chaperone during an exam. I highly recommend Dr. Laracy as a pediatrician. He is always up to date on the latest practices. I have no hesitation in bringing my 17 year old and 14 year old daughters to see him.

Richard Laracy has been my 16 and 6 year old daughters physician for the last 13 years he has been nothing but professional and knowledgeable about my children’s care. He has always gone above and beyond any time we have needed him! He has been an amazing doctor for both of my daughters we would lost without his expertise! He has helped my family through some scary medical diagnosis and has been nothing but supportive and compassionate while guiding us to the proper specialist. We would be lost without him!

I switched my young son and daughter to Dr. Laracy a few years ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision. He is thorough, compassionate, diligent, and most importantly, my kids love him. I completely trust his decisions and medical advice regarding my children’s health.

Dr. Laracy has been our family pediatrician for over 15 years and I have been nothing but impressed and thankful for the care he has shown my son and daughter. He has always struck the perfect balance between being thorough, an advocate and proactive while also being approachable and candid with a professional yet compassionate bedside manner. He has referred us to truly excellent practitioners when needed and has supported our family through surgery for a badly broken arm and a birth defect as well as the death of my children's father. My children and I have tremendous respect and appreciation for Dr. Laracy and his commitment to offering our small area truly excellent healthcare and expertise. We are fortunate to have him in our community.

Dr. Laracy has been my now teenage daughters’ pediatrician since they were little. Over the years he has again and again exceeded my expectations of a PCP. He is responsive to whatever the presenting issue is- no better how matter big or small - with the highest degree of attention, respect, care and compassion. He calls personally to follow up, reaches out to specialists to make sure he has all medical information related to their care, listens to both me and my daughters, answers all of our questions thoroughly, and is always respectful of my input. Prompt scheduling is never an issue, referrals to specialists put in in a timely manner, and we are always seen at our scheduled time!

I could not have asked for a better pediatrician. I heard multiple phenomenal reviews while pregnant with my first child and specifically requested him as our pediatrician, and I am so grateful that I did. I trust him with the health and well-being of both of my children. My concerns are addressed at every visit, and he makes my children feel comfortable in an otherwise uneasy environment for children. He is patient and kind and is understanding of different parenting strategies. He took extra time with my husband and myself when we became new parents and had no idea what we were doing. He was also helpful in a more difficult situation that required a decision for our child to have an operation at a young age.His staff are always friendly and understanding and return calls promptly. I can always get my children in for visits when needed, usually the day that I call his office!It is relieving to know I have someone to count on and trust for the care of my two children. I have known Dr. Laracy both professionally and personally for greater than 15 years. He has been my teenage daughter's pediatrician since birth. I am grateful this valley has a competent, thorough, kind physician who advocates for children's health. As a medical provider myself, I have the utmost respect and trust in his medical decisions and care for my girls.

Dr. Laracy has been the pediatrician for our 2 daughters for many years. Dr. Laracy is a thorough provider and always listens to our concerns as parents. He and his office staff are always responsive and very helpful.
