Derry Imaging Center's Online Review Report Card

Update: Due to my original post, I was contacted by Lauren of Derry Imaging who had my test images sent immediately to my Dr. FYI images are sent/shared only when requested. Who knew?She also had the CT supervisor contact me and we went over my concerns of the symptoms I experienced from the test. Sean was able to answer most of my questions which gave me a better understanding of what had occurred to cause the severe pain.It would have been helpful to have spoken with him when I first called a month ago! Thank you to Lauren for her prompt resolutions.ORIGINAL POST FOLLOWS:3 ultrasounds and2 ct scans ordered by my doctor. At my follow up weeks later, Derry Imaging had only sent one report and zero images. Now Someone has to contact Derry and request the files be sent to the ordering physician. Why isn’t this automatic?In addition, the CT scan injection caused terrible pain in my arm, ongoing now after nearly a month. While I realize each patient has different reactions , I want to point out 2 things. 1. I had this same test at MGH in September with zero side effects and 2. When I phoned Derry to speak with someone familiar with CT process to alleviate concerns, they did not return my call. I had to phone again and spoke with a secretary who basically brushed me off and said to call my primary.

Got x rays and they put them on a CD now i can't download or send them without going back to Derry .

I went in for an ultrasound this morning and I was a wreck and full of worry. My ultrasound tech (Denise) was AMAZING! She helped calm me down and made it a very light and calming experience.

I absolutley love the people at DMC but the Imaging/billing center has been absolutley HORENDOUS. I had a baby that had 2 ultrasounds. When they first billed my insurance he wasn't added on yet. The child was then added. I informed them to rebill the child WAS added. They said they can't and to call my insurance to have them reprocessed. I'd call my insurance. My insurance would inform me they have no such dates of service even submitted to them!! I have had back and forth conversations being the middle man between DMC and my insurance. THIS SAME CONVERSATION. My insurance would reach the billing department and the billing department would refuse to go further because it has now been over 90 days! Well really!!!! My insurance company is literally trying to pay the bill and they have been nothing but difficult! My insurance says they refuse to send proper documents to process the claims. They have made my life hell for MONTHS AND MONTHS. I have requested to speak to someone and NO ONE EVER CALLS ME!!!

Just wanna say thank you to Moira! You are a great technician and I am so happy that I decided to come to Derry Imaging for my mammogram.!! Thanks a million ... you made my experience the best I have ever had!!

Great staff. Patient, caring and kind staff that are always smiling. I was seen for a renal ultrasound and then a CT scan. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room and got right in and out for the tests.
