FRAUD ALERT. After fighting bills due to DNC’s negligence and fraudulent behavior I will never return. I visited in July 2020 for a routine swab which was coded as “genetic testing” (something my insurance doesn’t cover because it’s NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY) without my permission. During the time I had to beg them to resubmit the claim through my insurance which they assured me would take care of the cost—it didn’t. A few months later I visited another provider for the same care and it was coded AGAIN the same way resulting in ANOTHER bill I have to dispute with my insurance company. THIS IS FRAUD. Look up “Genetic testing” fraud and you will find several articles of providers doing the same thing to squeeze money out of patients for something they didn’t ask for. Avoid this place like the plague

Please get people to answer your phones for billing. Fact is copay for telemedicine were supposed to be waved for visits related to Covid-19. My husband paid his bill and you are still sending notices! Then I get a notice stating I can not be seen until my bill is paid which according to the Governors emergency orders and Cigna we should not of been billed for any copay for telemedicine visits related to COVID-19. To add insult there’s no one ever to answer the phone when you call!Update: BOTH OUR BILLS HAVE BEEN PAID AND YOU ARE STILL SENDING BILLS AND THREATENING TO DROP ME FROM THIS PRACTICE I HAVE BEEN WITH FOR 15 YRS! BAD FORM DERRY MEDICAL!

If I could give this place a no star I would my daughter and I are new patients and already looking for a new doctor do not recommend this place I have never felt so unimportant too a doctor like this place has treated us so irresponsible

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The medical assistants are extremely short tempered and rude to the point of hanging up on me twice because I was in pain and in tears!! They obviously can’t handle dealing with sick people who are suffering with serious illnesses! You will NEVER get to speak to your doctor either! What? Since when?! It’s your doctor! Messages left never get delivered to your caretaker, making you call over and over again!! They also never mail you reports anymore or follow up on your visits to specialists. They never CALL you with reports either. In the beginning they did but now they’re too big for their britches! Stop adding patients if you cannot HANDLE the ones you have! I once waited to get a prescription filled a week past the time I needed it! I even called two days ahead! The nurse practitioner or medical assistance, whoever it was, not only called in the wrong quantity but dated the pickup for a week later! I’m on a schedule for my heart medication and cannot skip a dose, never mind take it a week later! She never even apologized for making me suffer! She joked about her absentmindedness! A person’s health is not a JOKE! The waiting is awful too and then they rush you! If you have an appointment and a walk in or add on appointment gets there before you, they’ll take the walk in first so prepare to wait an hour or more! Please don’t go here. Tired of the lack of care! They used to send you reports, call you with results and fit you in immediately when extremely necessary. Now you have to make an appointment for an urgent care appointment that doesn’t require an ER visit! Hope you don’t have gallbladder pain because by the time they see you, it will burst!Update:Latest news is that they’re forcing you to come in for 6 month follow ups. For what I ask? This is just another greedy ploy to bill you for something else! Is it because they’re seeing less patients due to Covid 19 and they’re trying to make up the financial loss?The latest scam is their so called Televisits! Instead of just asking for your doctor to call to answer a question, it instantly becomes a televisit! Before my doctor would just call me and talk to me or answer my question on the phone for free, but now they’re billing!I’d leave if it were not for my doctor!

I’ve Been a patient at Derry Medical for a few years now and unfortunately the staff seem to have a hard time communicating. It’s no longer about what is best for patients just how quickly they can turn them over even if it takes hours for a provider to do something and they refuse to let patients speak to nurses or providers even when returning their calls. Definitely quantity over quality

Reprimanded and talked down to like a child when I brought up valid, legitimate and serious concerns about care. Instead of addressing my concerns I was called directly by a doctor and told not to bring up my concerns again, with the implication they would stop giving me care. The joke is that one of my concerns is that I can never effectively communicate with my PCP but they had no problem calling me at work and spending a chunk of time talking down to me and implying they would stop helping me, and that I should be grateful and graveling for their help. I think they forget that they are providing a service that I pay for. I have a complicated medical situation, so it is challenging to find a new PCP during a pandemic or I would not be going there. I do not recommend DMC. Avoid at all costs. You are just a number to them and they do not care about you as an individual.

I have been going here over 20 years now. They are great. Kudos to them all during this pandemic, keeping us informed via emails, and flagging those of us higher risk and sending info off to NH DHHS, in order to get us vaccinated - all without me having to make one phone call to them! Nice job, and thank you! Very happy to be a patient here!

Calling by phone automated service sucks and website sucks. Website is horrible. Call and leave a message and wait a week for them to call u back.

Extremely disappointed in the care here. They are too big and communication is extremely lacking. No system in place to resolve valid concerns. Patients that make any formal legitimate complaints are treated poorly, reprimanded and their concerns are dismissed. Very poorly run and has gotten too big to handle care properly.
