This is not a reflection on Dr Luchanok, since we were never able to see her. But her office is run by an incompetent staff. We tried to make an appointment with DMC and were told they required a referral and would call us back, we got the referral and never heard back from them, calling them again they initially said they didn't have the referral, then said it didn't count because our PCP was not part of DMC, which they never mentioned. Total waste of time and frustration from staff that doesn't care about their purpose. What kind of health provider puts so many roadblocks to people needing care?

Dr. Luchanok is a rarity. I have not met a doctor like him in many years! He truly cares about his patients and it shows. He has a great bedside manner, great conversationalist, does not stop until he has an answer, and calls you personally when he does have an answer. I would never see anyone else for my neurological needs. I am truly blessed to have been given the opportunity to be one of his patients. Thank you!

I would fly back to have his opinion. Doctor Luchanok is a rarity in his field. He listens, he explain, he fully reason about his conclusion; and he is correct with his diagnosis. He does not prescribe medication until he knows what is wrong with the patient. You leave the office filling better physically and mentally.

Dr. Luchanok is amazing. She is kind, caring and compassionate. But beyond that, she is up to date on the newest medical studies, understands the pros, cons and interactions of pshycotropic medications we work with. She really listens to her patients feelings about medication in general, as well as how each one is working. Her knowledge and attention to each detail really lets the patient relax about the medications and focus on wellness. Dr. Luchanok even incorporates "non-pharmaceutical" measures in the wellness plan, including diet, sleep, exercise and some supplements. She is the best of the best!!!
