I never feel rushed when I’m with Dr. Rose. He is a great listener and gives good honest advice. I have 15 years of Dr. Rose keeping healthy.

Dr. Rose takes his time asking questions and listening to my answers. Very pleasant manner and has always been quick to offer support and advice. The office staff is good, polite if not friendly, and very helpful; bear in mind they are managing a high volume practice and it’s easy to feel like they just pushing patients in/out… that’s the nature of WDH. I don’t like that part but Dr. Rose is worth it.

I would recommend he get rid of 99% of his staff. They are rude! I had taken my daughter there for a situation and they made me come back again because they didn't ask the correct answers when I was there! I was loyal to this office since I was 14 years of age, I am not 32. Will never got there again or recommend it. I feel bad for doctors because they are wonderful and there staff are making them look ridiculous.

We have been with these practice for 20 + years, It was very nice, close to home and prompt to responds. Now everything has changed; It has been very difficult to consult with Dr. Rose, he comes in and spend what little time he can devote, asking questions that he should have known before entering the room. He should be asking how the patience is doing, something meaningful to the patience; not repeating prior sessions; he does not know his patience. Last year my husband got diagnose with a difficult problem, with other complications; we are still waiting for a call from Dr. Rose to ask how is he doing or for a follow up. This year something came up with my husband; we try to make an appointment with not results. We have to call one of the specialist that he sees to call Dr. Rose to order some test. and that took time and many calls to be able to schedule something. We have decided that we need a Doctor that will listen to our concerns, that is caring and will make sure to give a call to see how things are going. We have decided to move from his care. In our opinion Alton Family Medicine and in particular Dr. Donald Rose is apathetic, to the care and needs of their patients, there is no follow up with the patients and we are simple traded to other physicians, fortunately they care.

He is not a good doctor he doesn't listen to your concerns about your health, he spends like 10 min with you and treats men so much better and I seen it first hand. My whole family left because he has no bed side manner I kno he's buzy but when your concerned about your health he did missed it. When you have an app at 8 am he doesn't come into work 15 20 min late everyday. The staff also has an attitude problem as if your bothering them. My whole family left because it's not a good office
