Dr. Bessette met my immediate concerns quickly and professionally. I was able to set up a follow up schedule immediately to deal with my issue. I found the staff to be very cordial and caring.

Explaned everything thoroughly

I have just permanently returned to Dover. I am a senior citizen and need an assist to trim my toe nails. The doctor at Dover Foot Specialty was very gracious to diagnose and confirm a concern of mine. The nurse atteding me was extremely detailed in gathering my medical history and providing me with assistance to remove my shoes and socks and later coming back to assist in putting on my socks and shoes. I now have arranged, with their help, to establish a return appointment as well as arrangement for the forseeable future. As a result my experience with them is no less than outstanding.

I had a very positive experience from start to finish. Office staff are kind, helpful and efficient. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was taken right into an exam room and seen by the doc within five minutes of my arrival. He listened to me, was thorough in his exam and explained his recommended treatment options. His assistant was equally thorough and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The checkout process was smooth sailing as well. I wish all medical appointments were this way!

Dr Bessette told me everything ahead of time so I knew what to expect. He also shared the options that I have which depend on the outcome of my issue.

Had chronic pain for months in one foot which was not alleviated by any home measures. Dr. Bessette very quickly assessed the problem and explained it so I understood the issues - both immediate and long-term. He prescribed a non-drug solution that I began immediately and from which I got relief within the day - will continue to follow his orders for full shoe inserts and topical pain relief. He was on time, efficient and realistic. The office staff is friendly yet professional and efficient as well.

The doctor and office staff are awesome. Did not have to wait. Very efficient. And the doctor new exactly what to do to fix my foot.

Very pleasant receptionist and efficient as well. Wait time was almost non-existent. Dr. Bessette is very friendly and caring. He understood my foot problems immediately and made the appropriate referral for me. I was very happy with my experience with the Dover Foot Speciality center.
