My wife and I met with Dr. Auty today for a hernia consult and also medical information relating to the procedure. By far our experience was one of the best with Dr Auty. She was very compassionate and her medical knowledge was beyond any Doctor I’ve ever met. She explained the procedure in detail that left us with very few questions. Her explanations made us feel confident in our decision to move forward with the procedure. Dr. Auty is a true professional and outstanding person. Dr. Auty refused to provide a simple 15 minute non invasive procedure claiming that I needed to undergo expensive and inconvenient testing prior to having the procedure done. Clearly, this hospital has become more concerned about making money that they are about caring for their patients. I waited 6 weeks for my appointment, waited 15 minutes past my appointment time only to have her refuse to do the procedure. My day was wasted and I’ll finding a new hospital to take care of my needs.

Incompetent. Avoid at all costs. Get a second opinion before you decide. Staff unbelievably rude, also unable to set a simple appointment. I have since heard horrific stories about her botched surgeries first hand by former patients.

Dr. Auty is an amazing surgeon. She takes the time to explain the issues and surgical process. Her advanced work and skill with robotic surgery gave me options for a full recovery that I could not find elsewhere in New Hampshire. I strongly recommend her.

This lady is amazing. I just had my gallbladder removed today by her. She is kind and GREAT at what she does. My husband has her for his diverticulitis surgery a few years ago. LOVE her....

Dr Auty has to be one of the most caring and talented surgeons on the seacoast. She cared for me in a way that made me feel like I was a family member and not a patient. The time that Dr. Auty took with me to explain everything about my surgery was awesome - never did I feel like I was being rushed out of the office. Would I recommend this talented & caring Doctor? You bet and I already have!
