She was very cold and did not seem to care much about what she was explaining. I was nervous after having several seizures and she made me feel like it was no big deal and didn’t want to put me on any meds or start any treatment at all. After 3 more seizures the ED started me on seizure meds and seemed to care more about my well-being than this neurologist. She also came off as very judgemental and it just made me want to avoid neurology specialists all together, since this was my only experience with one.

During a time when I needed knowledge and guidance she was so kind and so helpful.

I highly recommend Dr. Intscher. She is thorough and knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.

This woman should not be a doctor. She refused to order any tests because I had already had them done YEARS ago. When I said my medications weren't working she kept trying to increase them instead of looking for other options and when I said no she just kept telling me she was reporting my seizures to the DMV????? She straight up WALKED OUT OF AN APPOINTMENT without saying a word because I told her I was losing my memory and she yet again tried to increase my medication and I asked for other options and she said I could go to a neuropsychiatrist then LEFT THE ROOM AND SHUT THE LIGHT OFF. I've since switched to Dartmouth Hitchcock and they've changed my medication and done pretty much every test in the book and I'm going for round two of E.M.U. admission next month because they refuse to stop doing tests until they find the answer. INTSCHER TOLD ME THAT NONE OF THESE TESTS WOULD BE COVERED BY INSURANCE AND REFUSED TO EVEN TRY TO ORDER THEM AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAS BEEN COVERED. She also refused THREE TIMES to send any of my medical records to Dartmouth Hitchcock and I ended up going into the office and told them I would not leave until everything from the last five years was printed and in my hand. This woman is a drug pushing moron and I am currently looking into filing for malpractice. DO NOT SEE THIS WOMAN OR ANYONE IN THIS AWFUL EXCUSE FOR A PRACTICE.

I’m so happy with Dr Intscher. She cares, is kind and thorough. She gave me a great treatment plan for my seizures and I feel the best I have in years. She always talks me through the plan and asks if I have questions and if I’m ok with the plan. I trust her completely. Best experience I’ve had with any neurologist I’ve seen.

Family member, husband of patient, not made to feel welcome or a part of the process. Dr Intscher was not invested in her patient. After minimal face to face involvement with the patient Dr Intscher did not present a report. Dismissive. No recommendations, neither written nor oral. My wife's issues still exist and persist. Dr Intscher was only able, willing to rule out two conditions. No investment in the patient. No help here. Not happy.
