Horrible they treated my daughter scared her and sent her to emergency room in Exeter people waiting here for over 8 hours! So that commercial is a lie! They just charge u to tell u to go to emergency room!

A family member has gone there twice and heard the women behind the front desk talking poorly about her because with her learning disability it’s hard for her to sometimes explain things.l and also we’re annoyed that she came back with a reoccurring health issue… very unprofessional and disrespectful. Twice now she has gone there and experienced this and I will be calling the better business bureau.

Care was so poor, I left the facility and they called me to come back because they forgot to swab me for strep. They used the wrong swab another time. I submitted a dispute and months of trying to contact them, I was never given an answer. I reported them to Better business bureau. Awful experiemce
