They called to cancel our appointment 1 hour before the appointment time. We lived 45 minutes away so that was very very disappointing and upsetting. The woman I spoke to said “unfortunately people get sick”. Sure, I understand that but they won’t even accommodate us by rescheduling us for something closer to our appointment date, was told we had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. No thanks…..

I was extremely happy with how my husband was treated at Portsmouth office but the Exeter Office is extremely difficult at communicating. Had a biopsy 15 days ago. Was told 7-10 business days, but no communication from them. Called 4 times nothing.

1) I was told before the procedure that I could drive home myself after the procedure. Very bad advice! I had a procedure on my neck, and couldn't turn to the left. Not great for driving. 2) I saw 3 different people in 4 visits. Not great consistency. 3) When I returned for a follow-up to have sutures removed, they person removing them managed to miss some! I ended up going to another doctor and had them removed! 4) I called the office, told them about the sutures being missed. Never received a call from anyone. So there you go. You decide!
