List of Goffstown Family Practice's Reviews
They were so nice and when I have a phobia of needles and when I had to get blood drawn by this very nice nurse I barely felt it. Normally I feel it cry or freak out. This place is really good especially since I have really bad anxiety going to doctors
I don't even want to give you one star.... your front desk people are beyond horrible...they have no interest in helping anyone...I needed information sent to my Orthopedic Dr before a surgery and they could not have cared less....it was the day before my surgery and I had to go out in a snowstorm to get the information to my Ortho Dr...I had my pre op on Jan 4 and the surgery was scheduled for Jan 24...your people are rude....the lab could get my info over in due time but not your front desk....I need to look for a practice that actually cares about their patients!
Dr Fitzgerald has become my family practitioners following the retirement of my long time family doctor. Personable, took the time to hear my concerns, mapped out the explanations and followed up with the appropriate testing. Two days later his colleague (Joe) phone to give my the results...A great practice...
Dr. Callhoun is the best doctor, ever! I've been his patient for years, he is thorough and attentive. He doesn't miss a beat, he even called me once to read my results to me. What doctor actually calls their patients now a days? Never had an issue here, and I'm happy with my doctor and the customer service.
Took my newborn there for first 3 months of visits and my 6 year old for a couple wellness exams. The front desk is frustrating. They have tons of issues with checking people out, doing referrals, faxing records, making appointments correctly etc. etc. Dr Kearney was nice but not very knowledgeable. I decided to switch pediatricians and am very happy now that I have.
Dr. Calhoun is a great doctor and smart as they come. Very thorough and generous with his time. He spent over an hour with me for a general physical. Highly recommend!
I just began this year and have had all good experiences.
No issue with the doctor themselves. My issue is with billing. Have a bill sent to me but there's no due date on it, there's a website but only with boxes to enter your patient info and payment info then to submit payment WITHOUT any details of what you're about to pay. I try calling the number on the bill and following the instructions and I get voicemail from the person who is supposed to be taking care of me. Come to find out that my initial bill was almost $400 for an initial visit as a new patient and a tetanus shot... but get this one if I wanted to pay in full over the phone right away there's a 35% discount. Why isn't that "discount" the standard rate and have the payment go up with time?
Great for a year or so and then my primary doctor left the practice and Covid hit. Since then I've never come across a more inept, unhelpful medical team and in a pandemic no less. Already plan on changing physicians.
Reception wasn’t listening to my simple question, and all I needed was a checkup. Healthcare is hard enough as is, I don’t have time to wait 3 weeks to call a number I’ve already called to transfer my records. I just told her I’m SELF transferring my records. Would appreciate someone who listens.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
