List of Elliot Family Medicine At Hooksett's Reviews
The front desk ladies are rude, and not helpful at all. It literally takes forever to get an appointment, they will blow you off and you’ll have to call them back. Very little care and the many 1 star reviews show it. I’ve called at 8 am only to get a call back 2 min before they close.
Terrible practice. Took over 5 hours to get a nurse to call back. Their office staff was borderline rude and was seemingly incapable of updating my phone number to the current one. They called the old one twice. After the 5 hours I get told they cannot help at all and they recommend urgent care. That information would've been better when I still had time to go to an urgent care. They should be ashamed of how that place is run.
Great doctors! There thorough and that's important to rule anything else out. I like to not have any questions in the back of my head. The care I've received has been good treatment.
It is hard to provide information about providers at this practice as getting past the front office staff is nearly impossible. I have been told 4 times over two years that there is “nothing we can do for you.” Scheduling physicals takes about 5-6 months. Sick visits are directed to Urgent Care. The tone that calls are answered with are condescending and shaming. I have removed the child I am a guardian for to another practice that has already scheduled a visit in July.
Dr. Gus Emmick and PA Eric Senneville are absolutely amazing providers, and their nurses & admin staff have been nothing but warm & welcoming. They have treated my son, husband, and myself like gold. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend!
Best doctors office in town! Caring, professional, & friendly staff all the time. People that run late blame the employees for their own mistake instead of taking responsibility for their own actions & decisions. They don't understand how overworked the employees are, especially with the covid-19 outbreak. If you're late, then every other patient is going to have to wait because you were not on time. It's not the employee's or doctor's fault that you can't manage your time appropriately...
Best place I’ve experienced been with them for 20 years never a issue highly recommended
Doctor Doyle and Nurse Kay are always fantastic.
The staff is unprofessional and deceitful. During a telephone conversation about my up coming appointment, they told me I needed to have Fasting Lab Work done prior to the appointment. When I went to Elliot Rivers Edge to get the lab work done, I was told they didn't have any orders for bloodwork. When I told them I spoke to Dr. Kehas's office earlier that week, I was told there was no record of my speaking to them. In subsequent telephone conversations, they denied telling me I needed lab work done. To cover themselves, I received an un signed letter from Dr. Kehas's office staff threatening to cancel my health care if I ever used profanity with them again. I have no idea who sent the letter, again it was unsigned, but if they have a recorded conversation of me using profanity to back up their claim, then they should also have a recording of them telling me I needed lab work prior to my upcoming appointment. I am now left without a primary care doctor I can trust in the middle of cancer treatments. Beware of this facility. Dr Kehas is great, but the staff there is not to be trusted.
After suffering with neck, shoulder, and arm pain for a few weeks, my beloved PCP, Dr. Andrea Bickford, suggested I try physical therapy. As skeptical as I was, I went in for an evaluation, with David Arndt, and his student, Taylor. In about 20 minutes they pinpointed the source of my pain, and suggested a simple exercise to help alleviate the pain. I cannot be more grateful and humbled for following all their recommendations!! Thank you, I finally got a good nights rest.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
