Dr. Larouche is the best. Ive always felt comfotable talking to her about anything. I have a complex medical history and she has always listened and is very caring. She works with me as part of a team. I am very sad to know that she is leaving Core in Oct. I will not be seeing the "locum" they have said I will be seeing. Dr Larouche is the best. She talks to you like a human and makes sure you understand everything. Never disappointed in over 14 years. The staff is very good, and I never am left waiting for very long.

Reception is friendly but following up and trying to reach your DR is painful. Call center to someone that is not clinical and you have to repeat yourself again and again! Actual appointment rushed but Dr Laroche is personalable
