This was hands down the best and easiest Urgent Care visit I’ve ever had. I was able to make an appt on the website and get right in. The doctor was in the room within 5 minutes and I also was able to get X-rays right there. I wish my primary care office was this quick.

Made apt online for dot. Put kid in daycare. Drive an hour one way. Doctor doesnt 'want' to do physicals today. Absolute waste of time.

Although the wait seemed long, it was a bit over an hour, I was treated with courtesy and empathy, and felt my situation was understood and responded to. I was able to have a chest x-ray on site, and prescribed medications to jumpstart my recovery.

Staff is very courteous but with or without insurance you have to pay some sort of money other countries literally have free healthcare where you walk in and don’t pant thing so I don’t know how these people get off turning people away who literally have body parts falling off of them because they don’t have cash in their pocket the tip of my finger is gone and I am in so much pain and they just do not care I guess money talks poor patience walk
