Okay, I just got blackmailed by them again. Some guy named Tony called me to threaten me to report me to work under anesthesia. Jokes on them, I had my co-worker to drive me after the surgery. The worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to get treatment here. ------------------- On Feb 6th, 2024, I underwent an outpatient minor surgery at your facility. After the procedure, I had no intention of driving home, and I communicated this clearly to Nurse Stephanie M. I explained that I planned to walk to my nearby office, at the DHMC, which is a mere 5 minutes away, to rest after the surgery. To my dismay, Nurse Stephanie M. responded with unwarranted threats and aggressive behavior. Despite my reassurances and attempts to explain my post-surgery plans, she repeatedly threatened to call the police, accusing me of endangering pedestrians' lives and implying that I would drive intentionally to put people at risk. Even after arranging for a designated driver to pick me up and assuring her of my responsible intentions, Nurse Stephanie M. continued to disbelieve and berate me. Her unprofessional conduct, aggressive demeanor, and refusal to listen to my explanations have left me deeply distressed and dissatisfied with the care I received. I believe that such behavior is not only unbecoming of a healthcare professional but also poses a serious threat to the patient's well-being. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to ensure that no other patient experiences such distressing treatment.

Friendly staff, but the procedure status monitor system in the waiting room, malfunctions and doesnt show any status color sometimes. Kinda unnerving for folks, might want to address that

My youngest went in for emergency appendix removal and the staff there were very nice and even got him a birthday present while having to stay on his birthday!!

Excellent And very professional doctors and nurses and care that I have received with my MRI AND now waiting on my surgery on my left ear… my dr is outstanding and very well mannered and very rite to the point

Despite a long wait past our scheduled arrival time, I am impressed with the attention to detail by the front desk person and can appreciate the hard work happening on the other side of those doors. I am grateful to the doctors, nurses, and techs who, especially those prepping/performing my friend's surgery today, see patient after patient, doing the hard/tedious work they do, providing updates and concluding with conducting a one-on-one conversation following the surgery, to recap and answer questions. This clinic is Great!

I had back surgery and I was in and out of the hospital within 2 day's and I would recommend that if you ever have a sciatic nerve issue go to Dartmouth and Lebanon the doctor's awesome and the nurse is a cool too cuz he really take care of you

Today my fiancé had a procedure here at the outpatient location. The staff was beyond exceptional! The thoroughness of the whole process from start to finish was phenomenal. The staff was both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this for any outpatient surgeries.

The Out Patient Surgical Center @DHMC .. Great place the staff was Wonderful my team made me feel very comfortable 😊 I walked in Stressed and Anxious The surgery was a Positive 💯 experience I would do another surgery there 😅 I would recommend it, 5++×💫🌠⭐

Outpatient Surgery at DHMC was absolutely incredible and outstanding!!! The staff was very professional and very kind and they were excellent listeners. Cannot say enough about my positive experience at DHMC. Thank you so much to all of the staff involved with my care before, during, and after my surgery. You all are incredible people!!!

I am an RN with 40 + years I was reluctant to use a free standing OSC ,for a CA surgery, was I wrong. This team was professional compassionate caring from the front receptionist to the pre op staff to OR team then the PACU. I was honored to get my care here and my husband was as impressed . This place blows the socks off any in hospital surgery I have experienced great job. The Bresses'
