Let's just talk about Becky for a second....I had a 12:30pm appointment and was told to drive up and wait in my car and call when I arrived in the parking lot. I called at 12:30, 1pm straight to voicemail. Becky (Dr Hayes assistant) never called me back! To make it even worse she called me the next day and told me Dr. Hayes mother slipped into a coma (which I understand) then I asked her if I could get in today and her response was " I just told you we are backed up! " this place is a complete joke and Becky should be on mood stabilizers because she is beyond disrespectful to people. I own businesses in Sauganash and Lincolnwood and I'm going to tell everyone about Becky and this establishment! Beware!! I repeat beware!! They don't care about your health or appt, they're more interested in their lunch and other things outside the office.

Wonderful staff and Dr Hayes is so down to earth and makes a visit to the doc less stressful. Love it here and highly recommend them!!

Doctor Hayes is the best doctor ever he gets me he understands everything I go through when he sees something that's concerning he will tell me go get tested he is such an amazing person I couldn't ask for a better doctor

Been going to Dr. Hayes for over twenty years plus. He is fantastic doctor with a great sense of humor. He makes you feel at ease even when your feeling miserable. I have referred many, many friends to him over the years and have been thanked many times by my friends for suggesting they call and make an appointment. Thanks, Dr. Hayes for all you do

Pat K. Doc Hayes is absolutely as good as they come and then some. He is the best diagnostic doc I have come across and I have had many. He treats you as a friend, giving you the best care, listens, communicates, and is concerned about you and your health. And Becky, is also the best. I could go on and on so I will just say thanks for your quality care, Doc.

Dr Richard Hayes is a smart, compassionate doctor that has been treating my family and myself for over 20 years. He takes his time with patients and becomes their advocate .I feel very comfortable talking to him about anything and have recommended him to several friends with great reviews.I feel lucky to have found a Doctor like this !TC

Doctor Hayes saved my life!!!! one day I was not feeling well I had like re flux symptoms, I called to make an appointment, the doctor said to immediately go to the nearest hospital, it sounded it like a heart attack, Sure enough it was a heart attack . I was in the hospital for 2 weeks, they did an angioplasty and put 2 stents on me. Thank you Doctor Hayes!!!!.
