Everything went exactly as planned

The staff at Clear Choice were all super kind, took their time speaking with us and doing a thorough assessment of my child, and make us feel safe and cared for while we were out of town and away from our usual PCP. Katie, the APRN, was downright wonderful, as was the office manager and the RT who did our intake. There was a very small staff group the day we were here, and several people waiting in the waiting room, but everything was done expeditiously and we were in and out within an hour and a half. So. Fast! I hope I don’t have to visit urgent care while on vacation again anytime soon, but if I do, I sincerely hope the experience is as gentle as this was.
