Excellent personalized care, he has been my doctor for many years, he treats you in whole person form, which is very unusual in today’s medical market, he does not overtreat and he is always available, the north country is lucky to have him.

Being a nurse that has worked with many a doctors over the years, I would put Dr. Ferris among those at the top of the list. He is friendly, listens to his patients, very knowledgeable, great bedside manner, thorough, and caring. His staff went out of there way to help when they thought there might be a problem with my insurance in the future and offered knowledge. My wife (also a patient of his) with over 30 years in the medical field was the one that recommended him to me.

Dr. Ferris treated me at Memorial Hospital. I was admitted for low sodium. Dr. Ferris went out of his way to humiliate and intimidated the nursing staff. His arrogance and indifference included with his bedside manor are deplorable. I will NEVER allow this doctor to even be in the same room as myself. I contacted Borland-Groover clinic and made them aware of his care or lack there of. They were very concerned and I was told appropriate action would be taken to inform him of his conduct. I do not wish to disparage Borland-Groover as I contend they set the standard here for top notch care. My concern is his treating other patient's in his current manner.
