She is good but Derry Medical as whole is completely a mess. I do not recommend going there. If you don't have real medical problems they probably won't kill you but good luck if you have a complicated medical situation.

Well I had Dr. Hand as my regular doctor and she had taken my blood pressure and it came back extremely high and it warranted an EKG but she let me leave anyways. Less than a month later I had a stroke caused by the high blood pressure Dr. Hand ignored. Since going back to her for a follow up she came off non-concerning, inconsiderate and rude. She also told me that "these things happen" when discussing my stroke. I have since switched doctors. Would not recommend her at all.

I found Dr. Hand to be the first doctor in years that listened to me. She has provided consistently good advice and has my full confidence.

In my opinion, Dr. Hand has got to have the worst bed side manner I have ever encountered. She always made me feel like I was bothering her when I came in. She misdiagnosed a persistatnt cough and then treated me like I was making it up. I finally went to a different doctor, who discovered the problem right away. She also misdiagnosed a friend (treating her the same way), only to have it turn into major sugery later. I really wish others would speak up about her behavior.

She went through the motions of a physical examine, and not a very thorough one at that. She asked very little question and never once made eye contact with me.. Needless to say, I did not feel very confident on my health status when I left her office.
