I used to absolutely love my doctor! I followed Dr. Wetherbee from Elliot primary to DMC and my last visit with her was highly disappointing. I went for a confirmation of pregnancy appointment (my first child). I am not vaccinated for Covid-19 & Dr Wetherbee told me TWICE to my face that if I don’t get the vaccine during my pregnancy that I am simply “f***ed*. And followed it up with “you don’t want to not be there to hold your baby”. I was completely horrified. There’s a way that patients should be educated about vaccinations but should never be spoken to that way. It was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like I was already a bad mother. Needless to say, I will be finding another PCP.

Dr. Weatherbee is a wonderful Dr. She spends the time to get to know her patients and truly cares about them. If the problem is something that you need a specialist for, she does not pretend to know what is wrong, she will send you to someone else. She then insists they send a followup to her so she can know her patients complete health care followup.

This Dr. is the most caring, personable doctor that I have ever seen. I have been with her since she has been in Windham. If possible I will follow her if she leaves this practice.
