List of Londonderry Pediatrics's Reviews
awful horrible customer service. son was in an accident needed to see his pcp they sent us to other doctor who could not find information. still waiting for cll back . you been warned do not go. Spoke to a Melonie . Horrible human being
We had our first visit today at Londonderry Pediatrics with Dr. Peterson after being seen at another office. My 9-month-old LOVED him, and he was the most understanding, kind, and reassuring doctor I’ve ever met. He addressed every concern I mentioned (even ones that probably seemed “silly”) and he never made me feel like I was overreacting or asking a dumb question. As an anxious first time mom, I couldn’t be happier that my little guy will have a doctor like Dr. Peterson while growing up. He truly “knows his stuff” and is great with both kids and parents, alike. I couldn’t recommend Londonderry Pediatrics more!
Took my two year old son here for the first time a few days ago. Dr Peterson told me that he was due for his MMRV and Hep A shots. After the appointment I was reviewing my sons immunization record, because something didn’t feel right. Turns out my son had already received the first dose of the MMR shot 9 months prior. He wasn’t supposed to get his second dose till he is 4-6 years old. Not only that, but the MMRV shot (as opposed to the separate MMR and Varicella vaccines) are not recommended by the CDC to give to toddlers as there is a doubled risk for seizures. Not sure why my son received this shot. None of this was talked about with me before he got the shot. I called the office as soon as I realized, and spoke to a nurse. She was very short with me and did nothing to calm my worries.. she said she would talk to the doctor and her manager and get back to me. She never did. So now we wait and hope my son doesn’t have any negative side effects from getting the wrong vaccine at the wrong time. I’ll be transferring my sons records do another pediatrician. If you are a patient here, do your due diligence and make sure you know exactly what vaccines your child has already had at this office before getting more.
Easily the most inept group of people ever. Can’t get anything right, not even the simplest of things. No idea how we’ve stayed with them this long but now it’s time to move on
I was recommended this pediatricians office by the hospital where I gave birth so I had high hopes. As a new mom you put all of your faith in your pediatrician. Over the first three months of my daughters life I entrusted her care to Dr Peterson (and Dr Desena at times) and was failed in the worst way. I won’t go into detail in the interest of privacy for my daughter but after repeatedly bringing up several issues I was constantly told that everything was fine, that all babies experienced these things and not to worry. After my baby stopped nursing I sought the advice of a lactation consultant that encouraged me to investigate further because something was clearly wrong. I finally switched doctors before my daughters 4 month appt and was immediately referred to two specialists for the problems. I am now in the throws of correcting these issues (now considered severe) through multiple appts every week for the foreseeable future that would have never been a problem if they were addressed two months ago when I brought them up. Please bring your children elsewhere, this practice caused my daughter harm and I don’t want that for any other family out there.

Wouldn't bring anyone there. Last seen there about 7 years ago, and I had to call and tell them not to mail me anything today, as I am no longer receiving care there. They told me they were unaware, even though I had my records all transfered to my new PCP 4-5 years ago. I knew they couldn't function well enough (maybe didn't care enough?) to screen me for or diagnose me with my current medical conditions when I was a kid. But now, they can't even keep a handle on their paperwork.
The office staff are always rube! Its took months to get my sons medical records when we decided to change to a doctors office closer!
I've been going here for almost 17 years, and I have had my limit tested today. Yesterday I went in for a eating medical problem and the female doctor told me to just change what I eat and there wouldn't be an issue anymore, so I did but recently I am having a bleeding problem in the bathroom and they told me to just stop eating certain things again, now I have to go to the ER cause it won't stop bleeding
Doctor Houston is an amazing doctor to work with. I have taken my daughter to Londonderry Pediatrics from the moment she and I left the hospital. It can be difficult to schedule annual check-up appointments with the practice, but they do let you know to call 2 months ahead. I personally set a reminder for myself 2 months ahead because my daughters birthday also falls right before back to school. If my daughter is sick they have a nurse speak with me about her symptoms, and if further attention is needed, they have her seen within 24 hours.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
