I followed my provider from the Heater Rd clinic up to the Lyme clinic. Everyone I have dealt with there are wonderful. It is a drive from Windsor but I love this clinic!

My partner was seeing a provider here for about a year. Provider was excellent and caring. Other staff on the other hand, were missing the mark. No professionalism, or kindness when trying to get prescriptions refilled, appointments made. We're always having issues trying to get these prescriptions refilled, along with the pharmacy being frustrated with them as well.

The experience was pleasant. Staff and doctor were courteous, professional and the facility looked clean and in well maintained order. Parking is easy/free, no real wait. Process of getting approval for medical records ahead of first appointment and communication prior to appointment could be improved.
