I’ve been a patient at this practice most of my 50 years: Dr. Gagne and then Dr. Collins (who is such a lovely man and consummate professional). Dr. Collins introduced me to the incoming dr prior to his retirement. “Dr. Jones” seemed distracted/disinterested so I he was just busy. Following Dr. Collin’s retirement I’ve suffered from Long haul Covid and scheduled a number of visits where they always placed me with nurse Rachel and never “Dr. Jones”. After several disappointing appointments and leaving many messages in “My Chart” the office manager finally responded after asking for a referral for a new family dr. They clearly don’t care about their patients (new or old) and “dr” pawns off his patients on the nurse every time. I never saw him again after the introduction a year earlier and will find a family doctor who actually cares about his “family practice”.
