Recently needed a last minute Referral, staff expedited my case on a personal level despite being busy and the late request being fault of my own, which was very much appreciated and certainly above and beyond. All else, no complaints after 4/5 years of being a patient.

Got back to me rite away but when I spoke with them I got we cant help you with that go to a walk in?! Did not ask symptoms did. It seemed as though she just wanted to get off the phone.

Briarwood Primary Care had me cancel my previous doctor and set me up with an appointment and a new doctor then cancelled my appointment on me , cancelled me out as a patient , did not let me know but let my visiting nurse know and left me without a doctor, visiting nurse, refills on my medications . Now if you think this place is the place for you I would think again ... because if it happened to me it could happen to you ...They left me in limbo and now my husband will leave as a patient as soon as he finds another doctor so now they will be losing two patients and I hope they lose more ....
