As I sit here in the ED my kidney only gets worse. The staff is non-professional. Six hours with one question asked. I reported a man having chest pain with shortness of breath. The staff said " we will get to him" The nurse were rude, self centered and could care less about patients. I have been a ED nurse for thirty years and.woulsneglet patients in pain MY diagnosis was pyl9
Their services have gone completely down hill. The staff is condescending and rude and have Zero follow through when patient make an inquiry. The when you get upset about your treatment, they document information in a way that it makes the patient, looking for care, the problem.
WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!! Been to this place a handful of times with my children. First, they cater to drug addicts, putting them before your child with a temp of 103. There staff is so uncaring, mean, and quite frankly suck at their jobs. Stay clear, take the trip to Elliot.
I have had an ER visit for a kidney stone and also delivered my first child here and both experiences were great.
Not very helpful
I was referred to CMC for congestive heart failure. This was hell on earth Many uncaring and indifferent nurses, lots of different medications, not sure what they were, loud nasty room, lots of tests, including a picc procedure, 3 trys, upper right arm bled constantly, even after I was released, and my right finger and thumb still numb, I was released in August. I've since been to a doctor had therapy and plan to see a neurologist. Terrible place, would never recommend it
Was really fast on getting me seen by a doctor. They did my labs. They did everything there. I appreciate all of their hard work and efforts to find out what was wrong with me great service, great customer service, great people, smart and intelligent nurses and doctors and LNA’s I will return there if I ever need medical help again I felt comfortable the place was clean with a fresh smell of bleach. The bathroom was constantly being cleaned and kept up to standards. My room was clean that I was in being treated….Thank you for all of your help. I appreciate you and God bless, and yes this is a real review. I am a traveler Not at home to see my primary care physician, so I had to go to the ER🤷🏽♀️🙏🏾💐 I read the reviews before I went in, and I was kind of leery about coming in, so you cannot believe everything that you read. My experience was great, and I was well impressed and satisfied.
I was stabbed in the parking lot, they were prompt when helping me. I would have gave 5 Stars but the vending machine had no Moxy. 4 Stars
I can tell you for a Dad it's not the best, the beds are rock hard, and about 5 feet long, but other than that the food is great, docs and nurses are amazing, very attentive.
From a staffing/nurse perspective: I initially had issues with communication for an application I had submitted for a nursing job. This was immediately addressed by the head of the recruiting department, who personally called me and made a wonderful and professional effort to remedy the situation. My salty 1 star Google review turned into in one of the best recruitment experiences I've had so far in my career.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
