Dr. Giarasole is the WORST doctor I have ever encountered. I would give him zero stars if I could. He was rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and not thorough. He was literally texting on his phone while he was talking to my husband and I about important test results. He gave us information that two other doctors said was not true. We went to another doctor and it was a night and day experience. Avoid him at all costs!!!!!!

Listens and explains with care, excellent sense of humor and support staff, espcially his PA was very generous with her time in response to questions I had about PSA and other tests to screen for cancer. Very expert in her replies and to me, showed real depth of understanding. Couldn't ask for more.

Received intelligent and caring guidance from doctor, who gave up his lunch hour to see me ASAP after prostate cancer diagnosis. He offered options in clear and to the point manner. My surgery lasted six hours instead of four due to unforeseen complications, and he had nurse talk to my wife during surgery to explain why it took so long. After surgery doctor talked to my wife, which helped a lot. Post surgery care was first rate, if I called with a worry or problem the doctor would call back.

I had complications (bleeding) after a renal cancer operation. Dr Girasole did not take responsibility for my problems and could not explain why they happened.

Does not listen to symptoms, throws medication at you. The nurses on the phone are unprofessional as well. I told her my symptoms and she said, "What do you want me to do?"

I went with what I thought were some very straightforward symptoms to which dr Girasole had no responses for. Spent $400 for him to give me some antibiotics and send me on my way with absolutely no answers to any questions. Very poor dr and would not recommend.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer two years ago and chose Dr. Girasole as my surgeon. We discussed the options and decided on robotic surgery. Dr. Girasole performed the procedure and was there explaining every step for pre to post care. I would recommend Dr. Girasole to anyone needing a professional and skilled surgeon.
