If I could I wouldn't even give it one star. This is a horrible place. I have been trying to get help to lose weight for 2 years here with NO SUCCESS. I get to a point where I see every dr nutritionist exercise etc. then next dtep is to see Dr Biron then FINALLY 3 months go by for my apt and THEY CANCEL days prior! We re-schedule wait another 3 months and then THEY CANCLE AGAIN, then it's 6 months now... and they want me to start the program over?? I don't think so, not my fault YOUR office keeps canceling on me it's your fault there is a delay and now waste of time and money with NO PROGRESS as a matter of fact I am gaining weight. And they took me off of the only medication that helped with NO NEW medication to try. It's like I hit a wall. Exercise doctor doesn't tell me what I don't already know nutritionist I felt I was more educated than her on the subject no real knowledge that I was really hoping that I would get by going there, no real in-depth options to nutrition or follow ups. Basically what I got from the nutritionist was portion control which I'm sorry any idiot already knows and this is good for you that's bad for you it's like any person that's done any research on macros and calories and anything having to do with nutrition already knows this basic stuff. I wanted way more out of it then I was getting, I mean if you see a nutritionist you should really go into depth about food and how it works in your body and what you can do to make changes but I just did not get that here. Horrible place, I feel ignored fallen through the cracks I feel that I've received absolutely no help and once again invisible just like with every other doctor. As a heavy person we already get treated like that by everyone this was the one place I was expecting to find someone that cared. I wish there was other medical weight loss options in the are I would go there.

It’s not as easy recovery. I had a couple problems and a ton of question after surgery and they always get back to me very quickly. Dr. Baker has excellent bedside manner and the nutrition staff are knowledgeable and explain things in an easy-to-understand way.
