I switched here for my second pregnancy after the negligent care of my first OBGYN. I cannot say enough good things about the team here! They are always helpful and go above and beyond for their patients. I've never felt more comfortable in a doctor's office, and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I have been visiting Women's wellness for my first pregnancy, and I am near my due date. I had tested positive for Covid and had been cleared by Manchester health to go out of isolation. Today visited the Wellness center for my 36 weeks of pregnancy. Though I am clear from manchester health, I was extremely worried about contracting the staff there. Nobody knows about this virus. I have little cough left and was trying to control my cough. Had worn double mask and was keeping on sanitizing myself. For the first time I met my midwife Isabel. She is so kind and communicative. She is new to the team. Very happy to have found her. I just felt so good meeting her. I just have a request, please wear proper PPE for your safety even though we are having regular visit. God bless her. I am pretty sure, whoever visits this midwife once, would always want her to be there. I am feeling safe and happy about my upcoming delivery in her hands. Really communication matters a lot in this profession ❤️

Can’t speak highly enough of this practice!!!! Cat at the front desk is seriously so sweet!!! She is so busy but every time I call her she is so kind and makes me feel comfortable calling with any questions I have. Midwife Isabel is the sweetest and most sincere OB I have ever met and I am so thankful to have her throughout my complicated pregnancy and post Partum! I highly recommend this practice and delivery at CMC!

Dr. Bascal, and Dr. Olsen are amazing! The midwife is absolutely wonderful as well. Dr. Olsen assisted with my pregnancy care and delivery with my induction and I couldn’t have asked for better! They answered all my questions and let me handle my delivery how I wanted. This was my 3rd birth at CMC and I highly recommend it.

I recently had my daughter under the care of Isabelle Brewer and Dr. Bascle. Two wonderful talented women helped make my experience with WW a pleasant one! I can’t thank Cat their medical assistant enough! From the smooth blood draw to her friendly cheerful demeanor! The world needs more Cats!

I LOVE the medical providers at Women's Wellness! I am treated with care, and interventions, that I have never experienced elsewhere. I trust Dr. Olsen completely and am so grateful to have found him! I have family members who love Dr. Bascal and Isabel and cannot say enough great things about them. Nancy Malo is a wonderful nurse and educator as well! Every interaction I have had with the nurses has been a dream. I am so grateful to CMC for the care I receive. The only reason I knocked off a star was due to the front desk staff. My interactions with Catherine are uncomfortable and often terse. I can handle a personality that isn't warm. I cannot handle the number of times things have fallen through the cracks. One mistake is not an issue! But the number of times I have had to advocate for myself with the front desk is far too many. I find myself distrustful that my information will make to the medical team and vice versa. I have had to share uncomfortable information to justify my need to speak with the nurses. I often find myself having to resort to being pushy to get what I need (which I hate and never do elsewhere). If the front desk was reliable, Women's Wellness would deserve 10 out of 5 stars in my book.

This is my first time utilizing this center and they have been really good to deal with since the beginning of my pregnancy. They are always polite and courteous.

Not even a patient yet but just had a great experience talking with Devon over the phone. Such a sensitive and at times emotional areas of care, evening calling to schedule a new patient appointment, and Devon was patient, kind, and empathetic - everything you could ask for when calling a doctor's office (and definitely not something you always receive). Excited to switch to them now even after just my first call. Thank you Devon!
