This place has been in a downhill slide, faster than the rest of the medical field. Your time/health are not important here at all. Like waiting months for an appointment? Hours there after you finally get one? Enjoy your health and well-being coming in second priority? That's just the beginning of the poor treatment you'll receive here. You'll likely also enjoy being told that what you are experiencing is okay and wait it out, typically landing you in a emergency room prior to the condition being important here.

I been a patient here for decades my kids have been here since birth and we will start to switch all of our care else were especially after hie my surgeries went with darthmouth and rivers edge and dartmouth patients relations refusals to speak to me. Adam from there patient relation dept is beyond unprofessional and is a legal matter waiting to happen. I will start consulting attorneys at this point since dartmouth patient relation and directors refuse to speak to me on matters and issues on my experience with there providers amd my surgeries I recently endured by there staff.

Friendly service. Most of the time there is a 2-3 hour wait just to be seen. The first visit here wasn’t the best experience. They sent me home with a prescription for prednisone and cyclobenzaprine for major nerve pain. Other day I sat for almost three hours before a patient was called in. I ended up Leaving and went to Elliot rivers edge which I was greeted and brought right into a room, X-rays, ultrasound of my nervous system and treated correctly with adequate medications and care.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. They made my 9 month old baby and I wait for an hour and a half in the waiting room after telling me the provider was behind 30 minutes. I rushed there having to wake my baby from her nap too. If you're a mama and have any kind of breastfeeding or overall postpartum health issues, do not waste your time here. They know nothing. I don't understand why the nurse I talked to on the phone to make an appointment didn't just tell me upfront that I'd be better off going to a provider that actually can help me. Instead I ended up wasting my time. The provider was rude with her facial expressions, and told me no such cream exists to treat my issue- I ended up calling someone that was able to get me the prescription for the cream that DOES exist. Again, don't waste your time at this place.

My kids have Dr Shessler since they were born. He is GREAT, very professional, he takes his time to listen to the kids and to my questions , he is always attentive to the kids, he gives the best advices. I highly recommend him!!! Please give him a raise, he loves what he does, and the kids love him!!!

Ive been a patient here for many many years . My primary care doctor has always been here . Recently had two procedures done . They were very efficient and super friendly. Thats where it ended. Trying to get somebody to review the results of these procedures was a daunting task . Its not right to leave people wondering about their health. The responses I finally got were so inadequate I am still left confused . There seems to be little to no accurate communication between the departments. I am left very disappointed , a lot of money out of pocket and still no clarity regarding my tests . December 2023 - Dartmouth Hitchcock outdoes its dismal reputation yet again I had a scheduled physical for Feb 2024 , made in February of 2023, 10 months ago. They just called to tell me my doctor is now not available the week of my appointment , apologies. The next available they could offer was November of 2024!! 10 months later !

Rude staff, we were there on time, but the receptionist took a while to take down our information (even though they had all the information already). We were then made to wait another 20 minutes until the end of our appointment, and were then told by the doctors assistant that we are late to the appointment, even though the delay was caused on their end. The staff was then rude when we confronted them about the same.I was then given an appointment for a month and a half later, which was again rescheduled by two days to a weekday even though we specifically asked for a weekend appointment, without any notice. Would not recommend this place for any medical visits.
