Anita was a captivating example of care and customer service. She went far beyond expectations when finding a perfect pair of glasses for me. She was determined to fit my needs and seemed passionate about finding the right style of frame to suit my appearance. Great staff, on time appointments...but they pulled my full benefits when I only got an exam, did a claim against the pull, and now I can't purchase glasses with my benefit elsewhere.

Dr. Blair was great. He was very nice. Holly went above and beyond with helping me pick the right frames for my face. She was great because I am very picky. All around had a great experience.

Went to get an exam and they bent my glasses when I handed them over for the exam. When I asked them to fix them they messed them up even more and couldn’t get them back to where they were. Then they gave me a hard time when I asked for a copy of my prescription when I said I wasn’t buying glasses from them. Eye Dr. was alright, but the rest of the staff sucked.

Always a great experience at Myeyedr. Friendly staff. Doctors always make sure you understand a diagnosis and ask if you have questions before you leave.

Incredible experience here! They worked with my budget and were super friendly throughout the entire visit. Doctor was also super diligent when doing my exam. 10/10 recommend!!

I have never been asked to sign a waiver when having new lenses placed into existing frames. The day after my appointment they called and asked me to sign a waiver. I hesitated, but I thought their only job is to make lenses and put them in frames. Two days later they called to tell me they broke my $300 frames. Instead of replacing them, they're offering me 50 percent off a pair of their own frames. It's beyond idiotic. Or maybe it's a business strategy. Maybe these chuckleheads deliberately break frames to make sales. DO NOT GO TO MY EYE DR. Do not trust their labs.
