I would like to thank the emergency room staff from the point of admission to being triaged the nurses labs physician had the best customer service I have received even without them knowing i am a registerd nurse I am sorry but I am bad with names please take and inform them how much i appreciated their care i was there 8-18-2023 around 830 am thankyou Rebecca Crawford Rn Veteran

My husband had a stroke and they stuck him in a wheelchair and made him sit in the waiting area for four hours. The lack of urgency and nonchalance at this practice is absolutely appalling. The last straw was when a woman came in having the exact same symptoms, and they brought her immediately back. Going to CMC today for another opinion, if it was a stroke we are absolutely suing. Shame on all of you.

Worst ER in the state! You're better off asking an emergency veterinarian to help you! Atleast they have compassion. ER wait time 10 hours! Then add 2 more hours before a DR. even looks at you in the room they tossed you. Was suppose to be put in a pediatric room! My child had so much pain and they just didn't care at all. Wait time total 14 hours for 5 mins with a Doctor! Dr. said he had the worst infection he ever saw.

Spent 9 hours in the emergency room on 7/18/23. Never got the CT scan. They lied saying that our name was called after 7 hours put us to the back of the line. Woman next to us was there for a CT scan for her heart for 13 hours! She left as well. Ridiculous will never go back!

Some of the worst experiences I've ever had in a medical facility. I go to the VA and as bad as they are I never had to wait more than 20 hours just to be seen while a friend of mine had to urinate evert 15 minutes I was never offered any help. If I wasn't there he would have flooded the waiting room with urine. I had to carry him to the rest room every time. No one seemed to care. I would never go back there even if I was dying. This man had DNR orders and they brought him back from death. Great job🤔

The nurses were amazing here. My daughter is just over 18 we started her surgical process a while ago. So she was considered a PEDs patient. The only bad expierence was our last morning here after 2 days and 3 meals a Day one little girl Said oh we don't do parent plates for kids over 18. LoL I have been dealing with my daughter except meds. We were told someone should stay with her which of course I did but the kitchen is not very consistant here some are good and some are not so good. It is what it is I'm thankful for the amazing care my girl got from the nurses and her Dr. They were great xoxox

7 hours in the waiting room. Then puts us in a room without a chair. Waited 2 more hours on the floor before a DR even came in to see my child.

I’ve waited a couple hours in the emergency room… but my family member just had to wait 9 hours to get seen… This is not an emergency room… I would never suggest going here for any emergency..

my husband was DNRd and his life support was pulled illegally without one staff member confirming. I am listed as his wife in his medical records. no one called me. I found out my husband was dead by a snap chat. how traumatizing for me and my family. my husband overdosed. no one called me. his wife.
