Got appointment online They called me to answer questions n told me when to come in. Soon I got there I was called in The doctor was quick, did different things to find out what was wrong n to rule out other things It was quick. No waiting

The health center was very clean. The check in process was a breeze. The front desk staff was friendly, our attending RN Sue was awesome with our 2 year old. She was so gentle and fun with our son. Our Doctor was awesome, knowledgeable and very attentive. I’ll be back and I’d recommend this Urgent Care to my friends and family.

I don’t understand how in the span of one month I can have the best experience and then the worst. “This is an urgent care” she says. Why yes it is but I didn’t see much caring today. Whatever. There’s a woman doctor I had last time and a man in registration so amazing they are worth a star each.

I can not thank the team of medical professionals here at Elliott Urgent Care enough! I showed up in some of the worst pain I had ever been in, and was on the verge of going to the ER. Within an hour they had performed every imaginable test to figure out what was wrong with me. They found the culprit, helped me with the pain and got me on the medication needed for me to heal. They were friendly and caring and I am so grateful! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

My friend was there for TEN HOURS. And received NO CARE. Asinine behavior for a hospital. Covid and understaffing isnt an excuse anymore. Pay your nurses and hire more, we all know you take enough of our money.

The billing system is awful . I have never been so confused with the 7 different bills you get for one visit . Then you go on a payment plan and they don’t put all your bills into one payment plan . So you make payments but only your payment is applied to certain visits the other ones just sit there until they say they are past due even though you get all of these charges on one statement. It makes zero sense. And FYI much better off going to Derry imaging I got way cheaper for imaging that I needed done that I was paying Elliot for $1200 at Elliot and $275 at derry imaging !! And bloodwork go to LabCorp Elliot charges over $1000 to do the bloodwork I’m getting the exact same tests done at LabCorp for under $100 do yourself a favor and look into it
