Last Monday called the director to inform her that one of her nurses didn't like the fact I was doing a blind taper that is part of their program and is the best way for my success in recovery and told me my dose anyways. The director never called me back shocker. Fast forward to the following Monday I drive from Farmington to Manchester to go pick up my six doses just to find out it's a holiday not only did this nurse tell me my dose but did not give me my holiday dose so I drove this whole way for no reason not realizing it's a holiday today. They have some staff who really care about helping people and other staff like this nurse who don't like people in recovery.

It's funny how these people don't care at all about their clients. Especially when they change their operating hours to accommodate holidays for themselves and leave you without your medicationbecause your Medicaid ride service got you there two minutes late. Even inside the building two minutes late they will send you away to suffer for entire day with out a care in the world for you. Awful jerks and clearly no customer service for you!
A great place to find your sobriety, at your own pace. The staff and the nurses are way under paid, and super understanding. With their help, and my awesome counselor, I have been opiate, narcotic and alcohol sober for nine years.I thank all the staff and the young lady at the front desk, Jane, she will remember your face, by number after your first day- she's amazing!Thank you Jane for helping us through dark days, you're amazing.I would give five stars but they need to hire more nurse's.But thank you to New Season, Metro Treatment Center for helping me achieve my current state of sobriety.
They serve the servants with hospitality and humility.
The direction I'm heading right now while a patient at Metro treatment center, compared to when I was a patient at habitopco in Manchester is a difference of night and day.. at first while attending habit opco I felt like they were genuine in my treatment and that they truly cared about my debilitating and working struggle with not only my addicting but my family problems I'd been dealing with at home... Then it came down to needing them as more than a MAT asked desperately needing them as a support on not only my addicting at that point but a mentor in what was the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with in my life... As I had finally gotten to almost a year of being clean I had felt like they had kept with me through my journey thus far and I thought I knew they would pull through for sure as what I needed now to keep me from falling backwards.... Boy was I wrong... Not only was I discharged for attempting to protect my anonymity in attending the clinic but with no violence from myself... I was begging with my counselor to call me back because I needed to at least talk to her because I felt like I was goin by to relapse asked she actually denied my calls... I even left messages on her vm pleasing with her to just talk to me even without the conversation being about my being a patient again..... I not only felt like my fight was for nothing at that point I felt as of my sobriety was obviously not important enough for someone to even pick up a phone to talk to me..... I need to feel like I was still worth fighting for my sobriety.... I felt like nothing ... When I finally decided I needed to figure out if there was anything left saving in me anymore I went to Metro..... I felt like i in for a huge letdown again and they were just gonna be the same facade as habit ..,. I've never been more wrong about a group of people trying to help addicts.. they are more than caring in their approach.. considering the amount of people they work with every day in so many different moods and levels of sobriety, frustrating, hopelessness, etc.... They make your feel like you matter, and I can definitely say that I feel like party of a family there and finally somewhere I feel I can call closer to home then if ever imagined.. I have developed a relationship with a couple people their have made a huge impact on how I look at those clinics now compared to before Metro... I try to say hi to them almost every day when I get the chance and they aren't completely slammed with cases similar and also worse then mine .. I feel like if I fall, it's not the end of the world... I know I can get up again and it's ok ... I haven't goals again.... I smile again.. and I owe it to Metro and it's awesome staff of unique, caring, and genuine people.... You guys are awesome!Patient 10961 😘❤️

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
