Matthew Dayno's Online Review Report Card

I went to the Elliot ER in Manchester NH and Dr Mathew C Dayno was the Dr on shift. He jammed his thumbs SO HARD into my extremely visible swollen right knee(and left edema dents for two hours afterwards) And suddenly he became an Ortho specialist and without the help of an MRI he diagnosed me with a torn meniscus. Simply amazing, why do I need to see the Ortho specialist if Dr dayno knows it all!!?? Then he attempted to give me a shot of Toradol, neglecting to check my allergy list, I am allergic to Toradol. Good thing "I had to ask" what it was they were going to inject me with at last minute because they were NOT planning on telling me what it was prior to. So then, I was NOT offered anything else for my severe leg and knee pain. Infact none of the nurses in the Rapid Treatment room or the doctor never even mentioned or asked me if my pain had been treated. It had not been treated even though the Ortho Dr on call advised me to go to ER to have the pain treated. Then they're trying to Bill me for the full emergency room experience, which was far from the service I actually received that day. Rapid Treatment should be billed as an urgent care visit. Dr Dayno made this ER visit THE WORST EVER for me. He was totally USELESS the maintenance/janitor was working harder than the doctor. If I don't hear from Dr Dayno for an appology this bill will not get paid. Dr Dayno broke the rules...he caused harm to me.
