List of Naureen Mirza's Reviews
Dr. Mirza is amazing! She always treats me with care, concern and respect. Every treatment plan is thoroughly explained and discussed. When I first started seeing her I no idea what was wrong with me. The numbers weren’t pointing to anything specific at the time and she made me feel like she wouldn’t give up on me until it was resolved. It is eight years later and I feel like a new person now! I highly recommend Dr. Mirza.
Doctor Mirza has always been fantastic to me. She walked me through all possibilities and got me a treatment plan that has worked. While with rhumitoid arthritis things took time to work, the results have been great and I’m able to get back to living the life I want. She is direct and to the point about what to expect and makes sure I have the information I need to make choices about my health.

I went today to see Dr. Naureen Miriam at Elliott Rheumatology at Rivers Edge for the first time. My PCP gave me the referral for osteoporosis and to set up a treatment plan. I arrived on time and was greeted by one of the intake staff. She was very professional and friendly. She took my information quickly and gave me one page of paperwork to fill out. The waiting area was very light, clean and inviting. Before I completed the first side of the paper, I was called to Dr. Mirza’s office by the nurse. She went over the meds I take which went quickly because I brought a current med listing. She was so sweet. When complete, this nurse left and Dr Miriam arrived into the room in less then a minute. My visit with her was a wonderful experience. I never felt rushed. She addressed all my questions, gave me some very important information and options. She went over the different treatment plans that were options for me, making me aware of side effects. When finished, she once again allowed me to ask any questions and concerns, which she patiently answered. Then she informed me which options she suggested and why. We made a decision TOGETHER for my treatment plan that I felt very good about. Dr. Mirza gave me information on both my condition and treatment plan. I left the office for my ride home. When I got home my phone was ringing. It was the office. They had already obtained my prior authorization for my treatment. I must say, I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. As a nurse (and they didn’t know that) I was very impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. I would highly recommend this office based on my treatment today. GREAT JOB to the entire staff!
Naureen Mirza received over 26K in pharma kickbacks in 2016. She is extremely biased against any medication reduction, and she refuses to listen to her patients needs and wants. She's intelligent, but a horrible doctor. If you want a doctor you'll never see who doesn't listen to anything you say, go call Naureen. If you want to be the CEO of your own health, stay far away from her.
My Mom died a month ago from complications with rheumatoid arthritis. Mom saw her for several years and all the dr. did was give her pain meds which I don't think did any good.
What amazes me as I can sit and wait 10 20 30 minutes for the appointment but yet 10 minutes late and they refuse to see you. By far the worst practice I've ever been to. The practice manager in my opinion was rude and I'm willing to bend to help me. I guess it's more important to squeeze in as many patients and make as much money as you can
Dr Mirza always has the time to listen to my concerns and, if necessay, offer a course of treatment. She is patient and personable. I am very at ease and comfortable with Dr Mirza. and have strong confidence with her.
After struggling with Lupus for literally half my life, I ended up with this woman. She kicked me out of their practice because she didn't know me, my previous Rheumatologist had passed away, and told me I had FIBRO and that " THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU SO DO NOT BOOK A FOLLOW UP BECAUSE YOU'RE FINE" and just like that, kicked out, WHO DOES THAT??? I just want to be sure my Lupus doesn't turn opposite directions and end up affecting my kidneys or other organs, all I was asking for was bloodwork, and she couldn't even do that.... SHE IS THE WORST, LITERALLY save your sanity, go to Boston!
Helpful and attentive during the few times I've needed to be in. Would recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
