I did not have a positive experience, but I feel the center is worth trying again after receiving a call from the Office Manager who was a great listener, and offered a follow-up with another doctor. I am hopeful.
New England Sleep Center in Manchester NH, treated me like a million dollars. Let’s be honest here “Your going for a SLEEP STUDY!!” They have a job to do and they do it to a “T”. I’d like to personally thank “Evelyn” for doing an amazing job yet again! It was my 2nd sleep study in 3 weeks! I’m thankful I had the same person because it made my 2nd experience way less stressful and I knew who I had and I was totally comfortable with it! Thank you New England Sleep Center for helping me figure out what’s wrong! You guys rock! I’d give you 10 stars if I could!
Very accommodating rescheduling several times. Helpful in getting pre-approval. No issue with referral from Dr. Easy to find close to highway. Plenty of safe parking. Secure building. Nicely furnished large rooms with large tv. Polite professional sleep specialists. Comfortable experience and I'm not a fan of hotels.Very satisfied and recommend CMC's N.E. Sleep Center.
I had a great experience at this sleep center. I spent two nights at the sleep center with two different technicians. Dave and Elizabeth are both terrific. They know their stuff and are good at explaining it. They are cheerful, encouraging and supportive. The clinic is comfortable, you are staying in a nice hotel room not a hospital bed. I have been to two other sleep clinics in the past, and this is by far the best. I am glad I found it and I highly recommend it.
just got the bill for my 15 min office initial consult $518 outrageous!!!
Very Slow and Very Unorganized -Go Somewhere Else-Worst experience ever- Took almost 4 months for the orientation. Spent only like 15-20 mins with the Doctor , the Doctor recommended I have my sleep study done at the hotel instead of at home because as he called it " The Gold Standard ". They would be able to give me a cpap machine while the study was going on if needed. During the initial visit with the Dr.the receptionist told me they would reach out to my insurance company to find out what was covered and call me back to schedule the study. 5 weeks later I reach out to them to find out whats taking so long. "oh were still waiting on your insurance , sometimes these things take time , if you don't hear from us by next week , give us a call and I will see was going on " 2 Weeks later I call them again and spoke to the same women. Scheduled the study for 3 weeks out , she told me she was sending out a packet in the mail and to be at the study for "8" pm. I got the packet in the mail and the packet also said be there for 8pm. The packet also suggest that you confirm with your insurance provider the study will be covered,so I did. After going back and forth with my insurance company and the sleep center over stupid little specifics for several days, a sleep center rep called me and told me that it was covered , he also told me I needed to be there at 9pm and told me he wasn't sure why the other women told to be there at 8pm. Also find out during my conversation with my insurance company that they got back to the sleep center within the initial week after talking to the DR. ( Thanks for making me wait 4 weeks) So I finally get to my sleep study after nearly 6 months!!! but it does not end there .... Once I arrived at the hotel at about 730pm ( just to be safe) , I guess they weren't expecting me at all , what a shocker !!!! So they got me into a room anyway. After about 45 mins a "tech" came into the room and had me fill out some paperwork and told me she would be right back for it. She left the room at 8:15 , at about 10:15 I decided that I had enough waiting and got there attention , the tech responded "oh I'm sorry they didn't tell me about you , so I wasn't prepared" After about 45 mins of her putting wires on me I felt like I was ready for the local Star Trek Convention!! So finally getting to bed at about 11-1130 (mind you I had been up since 3 am because of work) So trying to sleep with wires all over you pretty much keeps you up the whole time, I got maybe 4 hrs of sleep over a 8 hr span. When I finally deiced to get up the tech came in to take the wires off , I asked her why they didn't give me a Cpap machine " oh Im just a tech , we really dont do that, but the DR will reach out to you to let you know your results" 3 weeks later They reached out to me and told me I had severe sleep apnea and needed to get a Cpap Machine. So I finally get my cpap machine after another 3 weeks , which I absolutely hate btw. The bill for this expenditure was 5k which my insurance really didn't cover . yup , if I could turn back time ......
Terrible service from a so called specialist. All i need are cpap supplies and so far after a week no prescription has been sent to my cpap company. I have called his office twice. Staff is rude and he got on the phone with me snd was even ruder. I will search for new more modern specialist
Very old school Dr still dictates and send it out to have it transcribed and then sent back to him for him to sign off on it which takes about a week before you can even have your note so takes that long for you to even be able to go to the place where you going to order your CPAP machine then you have to wait for them to do the prior authorization there so just a little old school
Dave was great considering the circumstances... He knows nothing about hair extensions :/ lol... On the other hand the female who accompanied him tonight 6/3/18 was very unprofessional. My issue is that they both were very loud. I could hear everything being said to the conversation Dave had with his boss who called him back in regards to how to handle him not being able to get to my scalp due to my hair extensions. :( so my issue is if I can hear what's being said about me then so can other patients. this definitely was a learning experience..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
