I feel that Dr. Thompson was thorough and he listened to what I had to say. He had good suggestions, but always left the decision to me. Unfortunatley Dr. Thompson moved on and is no longer at GBMC Neuro.

I had only one visit with this doctor at GBMC and the experience was enough not to return to seek his services. During my interaction, it was nearly a one-sided conversation as he continued to interrupt me and I was not allowed to complete my thought. He had poor eye contact and barely lifted his head from the desk as he continued to write. I wanted my husband to join us during the visit in case I forgot a question to ask yet he said you are doing good and made no effort to allow my husband in the examination room. He did however recommend a new MRI. The MRI was completed. However, this doctor has not reached out to me to discuss the results of the MRI and it has been several months. The visit was rushed and I left with no new information. I would not recommend this doctor.

Kurt, arrogant, terrible beside manner and extremely cocky. No compassion nor empathy. May be intelligent, but too busy to explain individual’s alarm about their diagnosis.

Dr. Thompson is by far one of the most professional physicians I have ever, in my 64 years met. He is very personable, has an excellent bedside manner, and is very knowledgeable. His overall intent is to ensure the patient receives the most up to date services offered for their medical issues. I was very satisfied with the level of assistance I received and will continue to value his expertise. Thank you Dr. Thompson.
