Very rushed, it was clear he only cared about money.

with Dr. R for the last 3 years. I declined the dilation from the interview lady. then I over here her explain to DR.R that she tried to get it upfront... Then Dr.R walks in and never looks me in the eye and begins to try and put the solution in my eyes..I clearly declined it.. I was taken back on how disrespectful and unprofessional it was as he says he cant do the exam without it. I know theres money involved but these are vulnerable situations and its just wrong to argue with me
