I needed an ok from a MD to pick up a refill on a pain medication that I require for arthritis affecting multiple locations 1 day early before I had to leave the country at 6am for a bereavement event. They put it back as urgent but it was not acted upon during business hours. Called "on call" and no help there either! So I had to go several days because it wasn't important enough to them.

I've always had such wonderful experiences here with all the staff- from the receptionists to the nurses to the physician assistants & to the doctors. They communicate things very clearly and thoroughly. They are genuinely caring and proactive in health matters. Such a great team here!
