I had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. Chin by my family physician. She was prompt and had thoroughly reviewed my chart before we met. She went over my condition patiently, without talking down, and was warm and sympathetic. Her examination was careful and surprisingly gentle. What impressed me most of all, however, was the depth of her knowledge and the way she was able to help me understand what was going on. At my age I've seen a lot of doctors. Dr. Chin is among the very best. I gave her five stars but I would give her six if I could.

I was thoroughly impressed with the ability of Dr. Chin to make me feel relaxed and to explain in terms I could understand my condition. She answered all my questions. Very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Chin.

I have stones in both of my kidneys all of the time. Absolutely no concern for post surgical pain management. I was sent home from the hospital in intense pain. I had bladder spasms so intense I was vomiting. I had a stint. She has done surgery for stones on me 3-4 times. Not once has she taken a sample to see what is causing them. The office staff is rude. I was treated like a drug seeker. I am not. My last procedure was intensely traumatic.

My initial visit with Dr. Chin was good. She listened attentively, seemingly trusting my knowledge of my body's flawed waterworks. Being mindful of the overuse of antibiotics and the impact of that practice on the growth of "superbugs," she recommended a new course of action that involved OTC supplements and estrogen cream. I appreciated her attention to my needs and concerns and her tendency to lean away from prescription drugs and toward more homeopathic treatments. However, my second visit with the doctor, for a brief procedure, was off-putting. She was late in seeing me, having gotten behind schedule with another patient. I wasn't troubled by this. However, after the procedure, as Dr. Chin was cleaning up, I tried to talk with her about what I was experiencing on the new regimen. She bluntly cut me off midsentence, saying she'd never had another patient experience anything similar and suggested I continue on the regimen. She then left. I intend to address this at my next appt.

If you value your health, please find another doctor. This doctor caused me YEARS of unneeded suffering with life altering symptoms. Horrible experience, incomprehensible sloppy rushed care. I hope women seeking help finding a doctor will take note and find better care, it is out there.

Please value your health and seek better care elsewhere. Dr.Chin offers rushed, irresponsible medical care. I was misdiagnosed, unnecessarily medicated, and suffered YEARS of life altering symptoms that could have been treated. My life will never be the same and it was completely avoidable. I only review in hopes to help others looking for a quality doctor to look elsewhere.

Total professional and quickly put me at ease. Quickly forgot I was seeing a female MD. Had three visits with her and found her to be excellent doctor and really nice person. Also has a nice sense of humor which helps!

Target oriented, personable, focused on patient feedback and professionally confident on finding a solution to "personal plumbing" issues while keeping doctor/patient dialog comfortable and positive.

Dr. Chin saw me promptly by adding me on to her schedule when I presented with bloody urine and the diagnosis of a urinary tract tumor. She performed a biopsy procedure the next day at the hospital and her office has provided seamless support since my diagnosis. Most importantly, her comforting reassurance and demeanor helped put my mind (and my wife's) at ease, particularly given the unexpected severity of my condition.
