to date its been awful. i do not reccomend this doctor to anyone bedside manners to be desired. if i could rate less than one star i would.

Dr. Young is so kind, and her staff! I really appreciate an appointment as a new patient in a timely manner, because of severe pain in my back. I am trulsy greatful and I can't wait to meet her and her staff.

The best Dr ever listens and helps

My beloved doctor of 15 years retired... So, I thought I'd give Lundeen- Young a try. I've seen her twice now, and each time I feel as though I listen to her telling me what she does personally for her issues more than addressing my concerns (which are fortunately very small). Truthfully our visits have been ok but I don't feel confident that if I had a real health issue I'd get the help/care that I would truly need. I trusted my last doctor 100% and hope I can find another in the near future. Still searching.

Not sure what happened to her. If you have pain don't go to this doctor. She will ignore all of your other issues - dangerously high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, or what the pain is even being caused by and focus only on paperwork and pain contracts - even when you have never abused any medicine - ever. If you want a doctor who actually cares about you and keeping you healthy - look elsewhere.

I Needed a new pcp for a physical. Went for "physical" got a prescription for a powerful antidepressant. She has no psychology / psychiatry license, degree, or accreditation that is searchable. Clains to specialize in anxiety/depression. The week before i went i got my period. Been feeling down because ive been trying to get pregnant for a year. I was prescribed an antidepressant and sent on my way. No concern or counseling on this drugs nasty side effects on conception, pregnancy, or side effects after birth. Plus no counseling on its side effects, long term effects on my mind and body. Buyer beware of this "doctor" hands out antidepressants like candy. I'm looking for a new pcp . I do not recommend

Only administered the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 and wrote a prescription. I went to this doctor for the first time and had never meet her before. Psychologists and psychiatrists highly frown upon this kind of practice. All i went for was a physical and now I "need" mental meds? i have been down because i got my period the week before my first time meeting the doctor for a physical. Been trying to get pregnant for a year. (any woman in my shoes would understand) no concern was shown, nor was any real effort to warn me about the side effects of this drug on conception (miscarriages) birth defects, and long term side effects of any child i bore. Plus no real discussion of the startup side effects, duration side effects, and discontinuation side effects for me. I had to research them all myself. And its scary what this "medicine" can do. Buyer beware with this "depression and anxiety specialist"

I just switched doctors (previously had Colleen Guiry and she was great but is now teaching medicine and couldn't be my pcp anymore) and was assigned Dr. Carrie Lundeen-Young. I haven't even met this doctor yet but all of a sudden she just stopped one of my prescriptions and won't authorize to have it refilled without consulting me or even notifying me. I have no idea why she did this but she apparently has no concern for the fact that she's messing with my body and my life. I'm already looking for a new pcp. Not a good first impression.

I have never had such a negative experience with a Physician than actually going to Dartmouth. After half the appt was spent talking about herself, and her opinion of the mental health care system in NH, we finally got to me and I told her that I smoke marijuana occasionally. She immediately judged me, suggested, condescendingly, that I go get a legal card somewhere else because even though I qualify with PTSD, she wasn't going to help. Then she tried to violate my fourth amendment rights and insisted on a drug test. I said "Why? I just told you. She insisted that she would not continue my 30 Vicodin, A YEAR, AND PUT A PERMANENT NOTE ON MY RECORD, narcotics violation. Awful Dr. If you go see her, you cannot be honest,so why bother. I want my old Dr. Back This one couldn't care less about me.

Dr. Lundeen-Young is a terrific doctor. She is very knowledgeable and thorough, and she cares deeply about her patients. She spends a great deal of time with you and explains things well. I'm very lucky to find such a competent, caring doctor; I trust her implicitly.
