List of Anil K. Prasad's Reviews
Prasad is a box checker. No interest in patient care or preventative medicine. I strongly encourage you to find another Dr.
Dr. Prassad has been my family PCP for years. He is honest and listens to his patients concerns. His office support is very helpful and eager to assist. Thank you!
Excellent doctor.
Very poor, he never read the medical records from my specialist
DR. Prasad has handled many medical issues for me over the years and I have always had a most positive outcome. I would highly recommend him .. especially for his excellent 'bedside manner'... and thoroughness.
Personable, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, non-judgmental.
I have had Dr. Prasad for MANY YEARS. He has always had my best interest at heart, has always seen me on an emergency basis and takes time to sit down and talk / listen during each visit. I no longer live in the area BUT I will not give up my doctor. the travel is worth it.
Office does not care about your health. Not willing to get you in for last minute emergencies. Always claiming their schedule is full. They suggest you go to the ED where you can sit for 6 hours and get no treatment! The office makes a diagnoses and sticks with it. They are not willing to do further treatment to make sure there are not other issues going on. Even when you tell them the meds are not working.
I do believe that dr prasad is competant doctor. I fjust feel that he gave up on me when he couldn't determine what was wrong with me. It frustrated me because I knew my symptoms were real and it frightened me. He did send me for many tests. The whole time he insisted that my symptoms were medication related. I worked with my other doctor adjusting my medications but this did not help. Maybe his hands were tied because of the cost of tests to the insurance company but in the end he expressed that he couldn't do any more tests. After being examined by another doctor, I now know what is wrong. It is a relief to know that I am not a hypochondriac.
Dr. Prasad is never hurried when with a patient. He listens and diagnoses your problem. If you need to be hospitalized, he comes to the hospital every day to meet with you and review your progress. Not too many doctors do that any more.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
